Hello and welcome to a path of peace.
I'm going to share with you 12 sacred steps that you can take for daily reassurance.
And this is part one of a four part series.
So I invite you now to find some solace and some silence and ensure that you will not be disturbed.
Relax,
Close your eyes.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Clear the mind.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
And allow yourself to focus upon the words I'm about to say.
When you embark upon a spirited path,
A sacred path,
Connecting to a higher power,
An all encompassing loving power,
You are entering a new way of being.
That with your dedication to your beliefs and a commitment,
You will begin to see things differently from a higher perspective.
For the infinite intelligence sees beyond what we see with our human eyes.
So the first step I invite you to take today is to release yourself from the limitation of sight in human form and begin to see the way the power moves,
The way the spirit works.
So silently repeat this affirmation.
I see through the eyes of source.
All is well in my world.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
When you move into a place of acceptance,
Of where you are,
You surrender the struggle.
Breathe in,
Accept where you are.
And know that there's a higher power working for your greatest good.
In our lost and separated ways in human form,
We have lost our ability to see and to feel the unseen forces holding us,
Taking care of us.
It's time to let go in order to form a new sight,
A new perception.
When you allow yourself to see that something bigger or magnificent is unfolding and you can begin to see the gifts and the lessons of what is unfolding,
You naturally enter onto a path of peace where self reassurance is key to your health and well-being in these uncertain times.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
And as we walk together now on this path of peace,
You are taking your second step.
As human beings,
We have thousands of thoughts a day.
Most of them are based on our ego or the myth of fear.
The mind can then form an energy that creates an emotion.
So the second step is to eliminate those emotions that you are forming from a misperception.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
So we invite you to check in to what you are thinking and feeling.
And allow this awareness to come into the forefront of your mind.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
And just release it down the body.
You have the choice in how you use your energy.
So clear the mind and allow yourself to know you are safe and you are well and you are guided and you are protected.
When you regularly check in,
You become conscious of your myths and your formed emotions,
And you can release them and find a clarity of mind anytime you choose.
Your breath is a natural healer and will allow you to move the mindset from one mode of being to another.
So make a commitment right here,
Right now.
To breathe in and release those formed emotions.
Breathe out and clear.
And just allow the mind to be neutral,
To think nothing at all for a while.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
And in this silence you can simply be in a place of balance that naturally creates serenity.
This is your path of peace.
The spirit of self assurance.
And let us walk a little further now to step three,
Oneness.
You can deepen your connection to yourself,
Your skills,
Your talents,
Your ability to heal and empower,
And your connection to the planet anytime you choose.
Through your ability to enter into meditation,
Relaxation like we are now,
You can relax,
You can calm your state as you feel your feet connected to the earth.
Your focus on the sky,
The beauty of the landscape,
The rocks,
The trees,
The mountains,
Natural sounds and nature and animals.
Listen,
Be here.
This will feed your soul.
Evolve your intellect to come home to knowing exactly who you are.
It will feed your emotions to a higher level of health and well-being.
And allow you to receive light bulb moments of intuition,
Guidance and assistance.
Just be here.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
And as you've nearly completed this first part,
Stand on a beautiful landscape.
Focus on that sky once more and silently repeat.
I see beyond my current situation.
All is well.
Out of this situation only God will come.
I see through the eyes of Source all is well in my world.
My mind is clear.
I breathe in and release thoughts that form feelings that do not serve my eyes,
God.
I eliminate all formed emotions.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
In oneness I can seek a higher level of peace,
Health and empowerment through meditation.
I can connect with the planet to listen and to receive knowledge and guidance,
Illumination and enlightenment anytime I choose.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
My external circumstances have no power over me.
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
I choose to walk the path of peace.
Breathe in and breathe out.
For a higher intelligence is holding me and figuring it all out and working it all out.
I choose to connect with the greatness of this creative consciousness of unlimited unconditional love.
The spirit of what I am and everything is.

Gently bring your awareness and focus back to where you are resting.
