This meditation is about letting go and staying in the present. It’s about announcing our trillions of cells that they are healthy and allowing them to store in their memory. It’s about calming our mind chatter with a positive affirmation. It’s about connecting to mother earth and feeling stable & supported. To touch base to our inner silence, the source of infinite creativity, infinite potentiality, infinite connectedness, peace, love, and blissfulness to manifest the same in our lives.

To our physical body to align with cosmos our feet are firmly grounded connected gently press your feet from all the four corners as you do so you come back to this present moment this existential moment not to worry about past not to worry about future but right here right now everything is well all is good mother earth is supporting us Sun is rising stars are shining flowers are blooming beautiful crops and vegetables are growing birds are flying our love for our family our gratefulness for mother earth is still there everything is as it is perfect and divine as you change keep doing awareness from your feet which are firmly grounded pull up that gravitational energy with all the gratefulness for the support of mother earth allowing us to stay grounded and connected pulling up to your knees to your thighs towards your lower back as you bring it towards your mid-back align your neck and spine relax your shoulders to your mid-back to your upper back back of your head crown of your head to your forehead softly closed eyes and clench your teeth relax your jaws bring a smile to yourself what a beautiful day what a beautiful moment bring that love and joy of your heart center maybe take a deep into your heart center bring that into your smile for yourself this is all about you let go of any expectations judgment analysis simply be awareness from your smile to your throat center your shoulders again relax your shoulders back and down your palms are facing up feel the sense of touch it to back of your palms on your lap pull in that beautiful divine energy from your fingertips from the thousands of nerve endings up to your shoulders to the center of the throat settling to your heart center connect with your breath at your heart center you connect with the expansion and contraction of the space in your heart center you bringing in the gratefulness for the universe for mother-old for our friends and family as you're aware of your breath into your heart center your lungs your chest cavity your time is led you being grateful for this vital force being grateful for the immunity for being healthy to your time is good you as you're aware of your breath fill your heart center with love and joy for the trillions of cells of your own body you very gently towards your belly as you watch your breath and allowing your belly to go in and out be there for a few seconds recognizing the power of our solar plexus you fire element awakening our metabolism also awakening our willpower confidence and most importantly awakening our own inner transformation you very gently awareness from your belly towards your thighs towards your knees your heels soles of your feet and again feeling grounded connected supported by mother you continue to feel they support the stability physically and emotionally within you says you bring your awareness to your entire body trillions of cells as we take our own five senses inward sense of sight to an inner sight keeping a sense of sound to take it towards that in more journey sense of smell taste and letting go the sense of touch as we bring our awareness inward to the trillions of cells to our own self to our breath you very gently shift your awareness to the crown of your head allowing this beautiful divine light the healing light the universal energy entering through the crown of your head to your forehead let this affirmation vibrate into the center of your forehead center of your eyebrows and allowing it to reach the trillions of cells that i visualize myself being healthy peaceful prosperous inner healthy peaceful prosperous world so gently shifting your awareness towards your nostrils as you watch your breath in and out through your nostrils so as you're watching your breath in and out through your nostrils bring the joy and gratefulness of being aware of this beautiful vital force the prana the chi energy the dynamic exchange with the universe knowing and feeling so with this affirmation that i nourish the universe and the universe is nourishing me being grateful for this vital force in and out feeling all is well everything is transient and the shell passed you so we are supported by the universe and we enjoy so very gently shift your awareness to your throat center be aware of your breath so as you're aware bring into awareness this beautiful blue sky and allow this so uplifting positive internal dialogues to manifest to your trillions of sounds that all is well and i'm strong and healthy so down into your heart center if you could visualizing green light green energy losing out through your heart center full of love joy and compassion for yourself reaching to the trillions of cells or simply be aware and stay at your heart center so so so gently towards your belly to our solar plexus so as you are aware and your breath there feel the fire within you as you awaken this fire element within you allow it to transform your internal self The inner transformation allowing you to expand and enhance the well-being physically,
Emotionally and emotionally.
And gently awareness below your navel.
Let this affirmation vibrate into the trillions of cells.
That I am the co-creator of my life.
And I have created happy,
Healthy and prosperous lifestyle.
Very gently shift your awareness towards your lower back,
Base of your spine,
Tip of your tailbone.
Feeling grounded,
Connected,
Supported.
Let this affirmation vibrate into the trillions of cells.
That I am strong and healthy.
I am joyful and energetic.
I am balanced and supported.
I am simply I am,
Needing no external angles to define me.
Very gently bring your awareness from your lower back to your mid-back,
Upper back,
To your crown of your head.
And to your entire body.
Feeling as if your trillions of cells are inhaling,
Exhaling,
Relaxing and rejuvenating.
And gently for a few more minutes bring your awareness to either center of your forehead,
Center of your eyebrows,
Or your breath going in and out through your nostrils.
Or simply settle at your heart center in pure awareness,
Pure silence as I watch your time.

Bring our senses back to ourself.
Sense of touch,
Taste,

Connecting to the outer world.
As you go into this physical world back after this meditation.
Complete awareness to all the five senses as you interact with your own self and with others in the surrounding.
Being mindful and aware of those senses.
Holding it towards your benefit.
For nourishment of yourself and others.
Again couple of deep inhale,
Exhale out.
And let's trust this process for our intentions and desires and affirmations to come true.
And allow in the universe to take care of its details.
We truly truly do not worry how our intentions are going to come true.
We simply watch it unfold.
And that's when it unfolds,
We commit to it 100%.
Towards that actions with willpower and confidence.
With love and compassion.
Again couple of nice deep inhale,
Exhale out.
And very gently bring both your palms together.
Go ahead and love them.
Place it onto your eyes.
And gently massage from head to toe.
Your neck and throat.
Circular motion to all your joints like shoulders,
Elbows,
Wrists to your palms.
Press your palms.
Fingertips.
Your front,
Your lower back especially with the kidneys and adrenal glands located just above it.
Your knees,
Nice circular motion around your knees,
Your ankles.
Back to your eyes.
And open your eyes when you feel comfortable.
