This is a short but powerful practice that aims to help us heal our wounded inner child. We'll take this journey by first cultivating a sense of calm, relaxation, and safety through grounding our energy in the present moment. Then we will take a trip to the past to our earliest memory of childhood, where we can then begin to explore that early chapter in our life to recall any memories or feelings that we’ve experienced, find acceptance so that we can then let that hurt go and heal.
