You deserve a sacred pause, to go inwards and press pause on the external world to take 5 minutes for you and yourself, no matter where you are. This meditation provides a safe container for you to ground yourself in the now, and connect with your breath.

Wherever you are,

Pause.

It's time to turn inwards just for a few minutes to create a sacred pause in this space and time now.

Move your body in any way it needs to feel comfort and feel safe.

If you haven't already,

Gently close your eyes.

That's right.

Allow your eyes to close even more deeply as you connect to the natural rhythm of your breath.

Riding your breath like a gentle wave.

Inhale life.

Exhale love.

With every exhale,

You find yourself coming home to you.

Your attention drops from your head to your heart.

Your face muscles relax.

Your shoulders relax.

Your arms relax.

And your legs relax as you ground yourself deeper and deeper into this moment.

Any worries from the day are not important right now.

Your attention stays in your heart cave.

Your emotional center.

Your inner knowing.

You are safe in this space and time while you take this sacred pause.

Breathe in life.

Breathe out love.

Notice the energy within your body.

The tiny vibrations.

The small movements.

Everything that carries on creating for you to keep moving.

To keep you living.

Thanks to that energy now.

Breathe in life.

Breathe out love.

This sacred pause is yours.

Nowhere to go.

Nowhere to be.

Enjoy this pause as you stay connected to your breath.

It's just you and you.

In and out.

You can stay here for as little or as long as you like.
