Take a deep breath,

My friend,

And relax.

Right now you are going to tap into your eternal,

Ever-present inner peace.

It is inside you and always has been and will always be.

Now is your time to rest your mind,

Soothe your body,

And be at peace.

This meditation will always help you get into a very deep state of relaxation.

And it is most effective when you listen to this audio as part of your daily meditation practice.

This time is for you and for you alone.

You need not worry about anything or anyone.

Right now you are at peace.

You are safe.

Okay,

Let's begin.

Make sure you are lying down or sitting in a comfortable position.

Rest your hands gently on your lap or by your side.

You know what is most comfortable for you.

You trust your body.

Ease into this session and know that you are calm and steady at this very moment.

Feel your body against the surface you are resting on.

Take note of your gentle breath.

Allow your thoughts to wander as if they are floating on a quiet stream passing through this moment.

Observe them and easily let them go.

Breathe lightly,

Breathe gently.

In a moment you are going to become even more relaxed.

I want you to inhale slowly through your nose for the count of seven.

Hold it.

Now breathe out gently for the count of eleven.

You will feel all the air leaving your body and with it any tension you have held onto today.

Again,

Breathing in slowly and deeply for the count of seven.

Hold it and release your breath for eleven counts.

Bring awareness to the muscles in your neck and shoulder as they loosen and relax with each breath.

Let's do this one more time.

Breathe in for seven counts.

Hold it and exhale gently for the count of eleven.

Feel all of the worry leave your face as your jaw becomes loose.

Allow your face to become slack.

A peaceful feeling is now entering your whole body.

It's like a quiet lake that lays still with no ripples.

Now imagine your whole body melting into the surface you are resting upon.

You feel very content and know that you have nowhere else to be.

This feeling is always within you each and every day of your life.

When you are in this relaxed state,

You find it very easy to feel calm and blissful.

Excited for the day and never judging the moment you find yourself in.

Your inner peace allows you to sit quietly with your thoughts,

Understanding that you get to choose your thoughts and that they have zero power over your life.

At all times,

You're able to tap into this relaxed feeling.

And when you do this,

You picture yourself floating high above your body and you see the world in front of you as if you were standing atop a tall building,

Able to see every thought your entire day and everything that surrounds you.

Your confident mind is able to observe all of your thoughts and trust that the ones that matter most will present themselves.

And you easily let the disruptive thoughts go.

You release those thoughts just as easily as you picked them up.

You carry no judgment for any of your thoughts,

Whether they are harmful or beneficial.

They just are.

You are always the thinker of your thoughts and liver of your life.

This is where your power is.

Breathe.

This moment lasts forever because you easily allow peace into your beautiful life.

Take a moment now and feel how calm you truly are.

Right here in this place,

You feel warm with happiness and ease.

Your body is floating on the air of your internal peace.

Take note of your easy breath.

The light rise and fall of your chest with each inhale and exhale.

This relaxed,

Peaceful feeling will last for long after this meditation completes.

Because you are always peaceful,

My friend.

Everything in your life is harmonious.

You are always balanced and in a loving partnership between your mind,

Body,

And soul.

You are the creator of everything that is lovely and peaceful in your life.

And every day that you choose to do this meditation will only grow your everlasting,

Always present,

Inner peace.

Quietly now,

In your mind,

Say these words.

Everything in my life was,

Is,

And will always be just fine.

Repeat that phrase as often as you like.

It is your truth.

My friend,

Take as long as you wish in this state.

Enjoy this feeling and allow your body this moment.
