Your Inner Child is at the root of many of your reactions, interpretations, insecurities, and beliefs about the world ( and yourself ). Many times, you may find yourself feeling defensive, angry, sad, uncomfortable, and reactive during conversations and exchanges between family, colleagues, friends, and your spouse/partner and not know why. That is your Inner Child screaming and crying, demanding attention. This deeply effective meditation will guide you back to the little you that needs love.

Welcome to your inner child hypnosis.

You will be journeying into your mind,

Going deep into the bedroom of your inner child.

By doing this,

You are going to see yourself as a younger,

More vulnerable and precious being.

You will learn to wrap love around yourself and provide yourself the comfort you've longed for all your life.

You'll do this by acknowledging the child,

By seeing the child,

By validating the child,

And by loving the child.

How you show up today is based on the reactions and feelings of the past.

Those unacknowledged feelings from the past are from all the times you felt stifled,

Unheard,

Or made to feel less than important by your caregivers.

No matter how well-intentioned your caregivers were,

You felt unheard.

This created many insecurities and worries that you still carry today.

One of the most common beliefs,

And one you may carry with you,

Is that of not feeling good enough.

I am here to show you how to heal from this.

Your path to growth and transformation begins now.

Just begin by making yourself comfortable because you're about to go into a deep state of relaxation very,

Very quickly.

Rest your hands on your lap or by your side and just let yourself relax.

You can either lie down or sit comfortably.

Now,

Inhale deeply,

Filling your lungs all the way up.

Hold it.

Exhale slowly,

And imagine a huge wave of relaxation from the top of your head down to the tips of your toes,

Like a wave of relaxing energy.

And you're wonderfully relaxed,

Just like a ragdoll.

Now,

Move your awareness to your eyelids.

Even though your eyelids are already relaxed completely,

Imagine they're becoming even more relaxed,

Heavier,

Drowsier,

Droopier.

Just relax your eyelids right down to the point where it feels as if they just won't work.

When you're certain they're so relaxed,

So completely relaxed,

That they just won't work,

Give them a little test to make sure that they just won't work.

Very good.

Now,

Stop trying and send the wave of relaxing energy right down from the top of your head to the tips of your toes.

Your eyelids aren't really sealed shut.

They just feel as if they are,

And that's a good sign because you're relaxing very deeply.

Now,

I'm going to help you relax even more deeply,

And this is how I'm going to do it.

In a moment,

I'm going to count from one to three.

And when I reach number three,

You can open your eyes for a second before I say the word sleep.

When I say sleep,

Just allow your eyelids to close down and find yourself going much,

Much deeper into relaxation.

Beginning now.

One,

Two,

Three.

Open your eyelids.

Shut them right down.

Relaxing much deeper than before.

Two times deeper.

And again.

One,

Two,

Three.

Open your eyelids.

And sleep.

Relaxing much,

Much deeper than before.

Five times deeper than before.

Okay,

One more time.

One,

Two,

Three.

Open your eyes.

Sleep right down.

Relaxing ten times deeper than before.

Great job.

You probably started to notice how relaxed you've become very,

Very quickly.

Now you're relaxing your body very deeply.

As you relax your body,

You're also relaxing your mind.

In a moment,

I'm going to help you relax your mind even more deeply,

And this is how I'm going to do it.

In a moment,

I want you to begin counting backwards from 100.

With each number,

Double your vocal relaxation.

And by the number 97,

Or maybe even before,

You'll find all the numbers have turned from a whisper into silence.

It'll sound like this.

99,

98,

97,

98.

You'll find those numbers fading as your voice relaxes until you can't even find them anymore.

So on my cue,

Start counting and lose the numbers to relaxation as you count down,

Beginning now with the number 99.

All right,

Great job.

Now take a deep breath.

Hold it.

Exhale as you do,

And you'll discover that you've already forgotten all the numbers.

They faded completely from your mind.

Next,

I want to take you to the bedroom of your inner child.

It's very easy to get there because we're going down 10 stairs.

And as we go down each step,

Relax your mind and body even more.

Find yourself at the top of a staircase about to go down that leads right to the doorway of the bedroom of your inner child.

And let's go deeper relaxed.

From number 10 down to number nine.

More droopy,

More drowsy,

More relaxed.

Number eight,

Just let your mind and body go.

Any outside noise only sends you deeper and deeper into relaxation.

Number seven,

Allowing only the sound of my voice as you go deeper still to number six.

Notice how relaxed your breathing has become.

And you go deeper to number five.

Halfway there,

More droopy,

More drowsy,

More relaxed.

And number four,

Closer to the door of the workshop.

This is where you can begin programming your subconscious mind for anything you want.

And number three,

More relaxed as you go deeper still to number two and down to number one at the door of the bedroom of your inner child.

Let yourself in and close the door behind you.

Notice the peace,

Relaxation,

And tranquility as you enter.

And you notice that you become even more relaxed the longer you stay here.

As you look around,

Notice how joyful the room is.

You see colorful paintings,

A little desk,

A small cozy bed,

And in the corner,

A small floor-length mirror.

Walk over to the mirror.

I want you to look in this mirror and see a younger version of yourself looking back.

Notice the familiar hair,

The favorite piece of clothing you remember always wearing.

Invite yourself to say hello to the reflection.

Feel the large smile that spreads across your face and the child in the mirror smiles back,

Tentatively at first.

There is a slight insecurity about the way the child looks back at you.

Now take a few seconds,

Allow the feeling of warmth and love to spread across your chest as you imagine wrapping your arms around the small child in front of you.

Do this now.

And tell your reflection this,

I love you.

Every part of you is important.

Every feeling you have is valid.

I hear you.

I see you.

I feel you.

You are not alone because I am always here with you.

And you can let me know how you feel anytime you want,

And I will not judge you.

I accept you fully.

Now see,

Hear,

And feel you creating exactly the life you want by having your inner child feel stable,

Comfortable,

Relaxed,

And fully accepted.

Do that now.

Alright,

Next,

Imagine that you step into your inner child's body and you're right there in all of the moments that scared you or made you feel less than important.

Each time an adult figure shamed you or left you alone when you had big feelings.

I want you to imagine holding the hand of your inner child.

Feel how tightly the little hand wraps around your adult hand.

By being here with your inner child in these moments of angst,

Unrest,

And sadness,

You are reminding yourself that you are safe.

You are safe to express yourself.

You are safe to explore yourself.

You are safe to speak your truths.

It is safe to try new things.

You are safe to make mistakes.

You are safe no matter what you do or where you are.

Now imagine that you step out of the body of your inner child and you're looking in the mirror once again.

The reflection is smiling a huge loving smile.

Tears have stained their face.

You reach out and wipe the tears away and look deeply into their eyes.

Notice the vibrant color of your eyes looking back at you.

They shine bright,

Full of hope and promise.

Now you tell yourself this.

I will always be by your side.

I will always support you.

I will always hear you.

I will always trust you.

I will always pick you up when you're down.

I am your parent now and I will always love you.

Next,

Let's wrap up.

Imagine how your life is different because you fully commit to transforming your life by acknowledging your inner child and you make it a priority to come here for just a few minutes once a day.

You're demonstrating to yourself how committed you are by doing this at least once a day for ten days straight.

Each and every time you come back here you will go deeper and deeper into relaxation and become more and more connected to yourself.

Each session will be more and more powerful and what you program here will show up into your life easily and effortlessly.

If you're ready to come back to full awareness,

Count yourself up by counting from one to three by saying one two three fully awake and fully alert.

If you want more time then take the time and enjoy the bedroom of your inner child knowing that each time you come back you immediately go into relaxation and by acknowledging your inner child you are in complete influence of the circumstances of your life.
