When you close your eyelids,
That's your signal to double your relaxation.
You can't make it happen.
Just want it to happen.
Expect it to happen.
Believe it to happen.
And it will.

Open your eyes and close your eyes right down.
Feel a wave of relaxing energy from the top of your head to the bottom of your feet.
Each breath you take makes you more relaxed.
Let's go deeper relaxed.
Open your eyes and close them.
Let yourself go.
Any outside noise you hear makes you more relaxed.
Your eyelids are more droopy,
More drowsy,
More heavy.
Again open your eyes and close them right down.
The deeper relaxed you become,
The better you feel.
And the better you feel,
The more relaxed you become.
This is a cycle that creates peace and serenity.
If there is tension in your body,
Let it go with the sound of my voice.
Once again,
Take a deep breath.
Hold it.
Hold it.
And exhale.
Let yourself go.
Breathe simply and easily.

Letting yourself relax even deeper,

Each suggestion I give you takes immediate effect on your mind and body and spirit,

Remaining safe and well and comfortable and deeply relaxed,

Find yourself in a comfortable,
Small,
But pleasant gray-walled room.
You are totally free of any feelings of being closed in.
Just feel welcome and comfortable in these surroundings,
Just like it's your own home.
This home is small and dome-shaped,
Gray-walled as if it's an igloo.
This room is your subconscious mind,
The core of your being,
The very center of you.
As you enter,
You notice,
Clinging to the walls of this room,
Pieces of paper.
Some are red and some are white.
They are all over the walls.
As you get closer to the wall,
You notice that the red pieces of paper are all the negative thoughts,
All the negative feelings and emotional energy from your past,
Like fear,
Doubt,
Hatred,
Rejection,
Guilt,
Judgment,
Anxiety,
Depression,
Shame,
And unhappiness.
All the negative,
Depressing,
Inhibiting,
And defeating emotional energies and feelings are stored in your subconscious on these little pieces of red paper.
Now become aware of this.
You can actually walk to the wall and grab these pieces of paper in your hands and crumple them.
You can take them and walk them over to a small opening in the middle of the floor.
You can pour them through the hole and sense that you're beginning to release all the old negative thoughts and releasing them into the hole.
You can see them dissipate and these feelings can never get back to you again.
After four or five trips,
You can clean the negative emotions and energies from your inner self and from your past.
As I count down from three to one,
At the count of one,
I want you to start working and cleaning up all the red paper and putting them into the hole.
Watch all the feelings of the past disappear.
I am going to sit quietly and let you do your job.
Okay,
Now let's get to work.

Now go take all the red paper off the wall and put it in the opening in the center of the room.
I will be silent while you do this.
Okay,
Very good.
Also notice that all the white pieces of paper are full of all the positive and good and energizing thoughts and emotional energies.
See them expanding.
They're growing until they fill the room with positive energy and white light.
Feel the resurgence of positive energy inside of yourself and notice that the hole in the center of the floor has closed.
Now all around you is a bright white light.
It's peaceful.
It is beautiful.
Feel it permeate into your skin and take up your soul.
You are filling up with light and positive feelings and energy.
From this moment forward,
Minute by minute,
Hour by hour,
Day by day,
The emotional energies of your subconscious mind stay so calm,
So stable,
So positive like they are now.
Every part of your body remains calm,
Objective,
And creative,
And functions with absolute perfection.
Each and every time you come back to this room and you do this exercise,
The feelings of peace and calm become more powerful to you.
You'll notice that every time you come back to this room,
You'll notice that the feelings of peace of mind remain longer and longer with you so that each and every day you feel great,
Vibrant,
Alive,
Happy,
And good.
At the count of one,
This whole room will disappear,
But the feelings of positivity will remain and you will remain calm and peaceful.
Three,
Two,
One,
The scene disappears and you remain beautifully relaxed and calm and peaceful.
In this moment,
You can do one of two things.
You can drift and stay relaxed or you can count yourself up saying one,
Two,
Three,
Awake,
And you'll be back to full awareness.
