In this guided meditation, you will rediscover the wisdom that your body and consciousness have always known. However, this wisdom can only be found in silence and stillness within. Much of our days are spent worrying about the past, carrying concerns for the future, holding onto beliefs of what's not possible for us, and giving energy to destructive thoughts. All of that is noise, that takes away from the wisdom of our true I AMness; our ultimate state of BEing. I'm glad you're here.

Welcome,

My friend.

This meditation is called finding the stillness and silence within.

You're here because you want to tap into your inner wisdom,

Your inner knowing,

And get to know your true self.

Well,

That's only possible when you can silence all of the noise.

And that noise is your thoughts,

Your worries about the past,

Your concern about the future,

Your beliefs about what you can or cannot do,

Your interpretations of all your relationships.

Everything that keeps you feeling heavy is stopping you from finding your truth.

So I made this meditation to help you find that silence.

Allow this experience to take it where it takes you.

This is for you.

You have nowhere else to be.

And you're completely safe.

So start by focusing on your breathing.

Just become aware of breathing.

Notice what happens in your body when you breathe in and out.

Notice the air as it comes into your nostrils and as it goes out.

What is the difference?

Allow yourself to breathe into your forehead and breathe out any tension you discover there.

Then breathe in around your eyes and breathe out any tension you find there.

Then around your mouth.

Then down into your neck and shoulders.

And down your arms and out through your hands.

Breathe into your upper chest and breathe out any tension.

Breathe into your abdomen.

Breathe into your buttocks and breathe out any tension you find there.

Breathe into your calves and breathe out any tension you find there.

Now let your whole body relax.

Imagine you are hollow on the inside.

And imagine that a warm golden sunlight is passing through you.

Let yourself begin to feel either a heaviness or a lightness.

You decide what it is you are feeling.

Your eyelids are very heavy.

Your arms are heavy.

Your legs and feet are heavy.

Or you may feel very light,

Like your whole body is floating.

Now imagine that the horizon of your mind is getting darker and darker until you are gazing into pure darkness.

In the center of that darkness,

You begin to see a pinpoint of light.

The light begins to slowly grow larger and larger.

Until the whole horizon is illuminated with light.

Now gaze into the light.

The pure light.

Be aware of the nothingness you are experiencing.

There is no thing there.

Just pure beingness.

Now slowly see the number 3 appear in the center of your horizon.

Be aware of your breathing again.

Let your consciousness scan your whole body beginning at your toes and coming up your legs,

Hips,

Stomach,

Upper chest,

Arms,

Hands,

Neck and shoulders,

Face and brain.

Be aware of your own I am-ness.

Right now you are vividly in touch with you.

With your own I am-ness.

Now see the number 2 and wiggle your toes.

Wiggle your hands.

Feel your body touching your chair and your feet touching the floor or your back against the wall or whatever surface you are lying on or sitting on.

Hear as many sounds as you can hear around you.

Now see the number 1 and very slowly open your eyes.

Now see the number 2 and wiggle your toes.

Now see the number 3 and wiggle your toes.

Now see the number 4 and wiggle your toes.

Now see the number 5 and 5.

Now see the number 6 and 6.

Now see the number 7 and 8.

Now see the number 9 and 10.

Now see the number 10 and 10.

Now see the number 11 and 12.

Now see the number 12 and 13.
