Welcome to your self-empowerment hypnosis.

You will be journeying into your mind,

Going deep into your subconscious.

By doing this,

You are going to see yourself as a naturally powerful,

Confident and self-assured individual.

You are meant to lead your life with an assured mind and trusting soul.

However,

At no fault of your own,

You grew to be weary of your decision-making skills.

You experienced hurt and disappointment,

And you created a powerful survival skill of putting other people first ahead of yourself,

Making yourself small so that others can feel important,

And you have stifled your beautiful voice from being heard.

That is okay,

And I am here to tell you that you can let go of that now.

You are in a safe space,

And this is exactly where you are meant to be right now.

During this audio,

You may find your thoughts come and go like a heavy tide.

It may even be distracting to you.

So I m going to help you with this.

I want you to imagine this.

We will softly whisk your thoughts into an airy,

Foamy consistency.

If your thoughts are still too thick,

You can add a drop of water to thin them out.

You ll find your thoughts quickly dissolve into an even,

Smooth surface.

Let s slowly dissolve your thoughts and busy mind so that you are left with a clear path to your true,

Confident self.

Do that now.

Alright,

Let s begin.

Make yourself comfortable because you re about to go into a deep state of relaxation very quickly and very easily.

Rest your hands on your lap or by your side and just let yourself relax.

You can either lie down or sit comfortably.

Now inhale deeply,

Filling your lungs all the way up and holding.

Exhale slowly and imagine a huge wave of relaxation from the top of your head down to the tips of your toes like a wave of relaxing energy.

And now you re wonderfully relaxed just like a ragdoll.

I want you to focus on a single spot on whichever surface is right in front of you.

Now slowly close your eyes.

Move your awareness to your eyelids.

Even though your eyelids are already relaxed completely,

Imagine they re becoming even more relaxed,

Heavier,

Drowsier,

Droopier.

Just relax your eyelids right down to the point where it feels as if they just won t work.

When you re certain they re so relaxed,

So completely relaxed that they just won t work,

Give them a little test to make sure that they just won t work.

Okay,

Now stop trying and send the wave of relaxing energy right down from the top of your head to the tips of your toes.

I want you to know your eyelids aren t really sealed shut.

They just feel as if they are and that s a good sign because it means you re relaxing very deeply.

Now I m going to help you relax even more deeply and this is how I m going to do it.

In a moment I m going to count from 1 to 3 and when I reach number 3 you can open your eyes for a second before I say the word sleep.

When I say the word sleep just allow your eyelids to close down and find yourself going much,

Much deeper into relaxation beginning now.

1,

2,

3,

Open your eyelids.

Now close them right down,

Relaxing much deeper than before,

2 times deeper.

Okay,

And again 1,

2,

3,

Open your eyelids and sleep,

Relaxing much,

Much deeper than before,

5 times deeper than before.

Okay,

Good.

Alright,

One more time,

1,

2,

3,

Open your eyes and you re going to sleep right down,

Relaxing 10 times deeper than before.

Wonderful.

And you ve already probably started to notice how relaxed you ve become very,

Very quickly.

Now that you re relaxing your body very deeply,

As you relax your body you re also relaxing your mind and in a moment I m going to help you relax your mind even more deeply and this is how I m going to do it.

In a moment I want you to begin counting backwards from 100.

With each number double your vocal relaxation and by the number 97 or maybe even before you ll find all the numbers have turned from a whisper into silence.

It ll sound like this 99,

98,

97,

96.

You ll find those numbers fading as your voice relaxes until you can t even find them anymore.

So on my cue start counting and lose the numbers to relaxation as you count down beginning now with number 99.

Alright,

That s great.

Now take a deep breath and hold it.

Exhale and as you do you ll discover that you ve already forgotten all the numbers.

They faded completely from your mind.

Now I want to take you to your place of strength and inner knowing.

It s very easy to get there because we re going down 10 stairs and as we go down each step relax your mind and body even more.

You ll find yourself at the top of a staircase about to go down and that leads right to the doorway of your powerfully confident true self.

And let s go deeper relaxed from number 10 down to number 9.

More droopy,

More drowsy,

More relaxed.

Number 8.

Just let your mind and body go.

Any outside noise only sends you deeper and deeper into relaxation.

Number 7.

Following only the sound of my voice as you go deeper still to number 6.

Notice how relaxed your breathing has become and you go deeper to number 5.

Halfway there.

More droopy,

More drowsy,

More relaxed.

And number 4.

Closer to your place of power and peace where you can program your subconscious mind for anything you want.

Number 3.

More relaxed as you go deeper still to number 2.

And down to number 1 where you stand at the doorway of your confident true self.

Let yourself in and close the door behind you.

Notice the peace,

Relaxation and tranquility as you enter and you notice that you become even more relaxed the longer you stay here.

As you look around,

Notice a large floor-length mirror.

Walk over to that mirror.

I want you to look in this mirror and see yourself looking back.

Notice the familiar hair,

The favorite piece of clothing you like to wear.

But something is different.

Notice how your shoulders seem so strong and so straight.

See how fierce your gaze is.

Feel the energy that radiates from this reflection.

You can feel your belly become warm as this energy envelops you.

This is your energy.

This is your true self.

Your confident self vibrates at the frequency of empowerment.

Invite yourself to say hello to this reflection.

Feel a large smile spread across your face.

Take a few seconds.

Allow the feeling of warmth and love to spread across your chest as you feel your own shoulders straighten and your chest lift.

Do this now.

Now,

Tell your reflection this.

I love you.

I trust you.

Thank you for everything you do.

I admire your courage.

I look up to you.

I believe you're capable of anything you put your mind to.

I love watching you try new things and how you embrace getting out of your comfort zone.

I see how strong you truly are.

Now,

See,

Hear and feel you creating exactly the life you want by being confident,

Self-assured and trusting yourself.

Picture what you would be doing and feel the feeling of being self-assured.

Do that now.

Next,

Imagine that you step into the mirror and into the body of your true self.

You now know that you are safe to express yourself.

You are safe to explore yourself.

You are safe to speak your truths.

It is safe to try new things.

You are safe to make mistakes.

You are safe no matter what you do or where you are.

Now,

Imagine that you step out of the body of your true and powerful self and you are looking in the mirror once again.

Notice the reflection is smiling a huge loving smile.

Notice the vibrant color of your eyes looking back at you.

They shine bright,

Full of hope and promise.

Now,

You tell yourself this,

I will always be by your side.

I will always support you.

I will always hear you.

I will always trust you.

I will always pick you up when you're down.

I know you will keep your word to yourself.

I trust that you will always be responsible for my growth.

I know you are excited to get out of your comfort zone.

I am grateful for you.

Thank you.

Now,

Take a moment to breathe in slowly and breathe out even more slowly.

Next,

Let's wrap up.

Imagine how your life is different because you fully committed to transforming your life by acknowledging your inner confidence and strength.

And you make it a priority to come here for just a few minutes or once a day.

When you do this,

You're demonstrating to yourself how committed you are by doing this at least once a day for 10 days straight.

Each and every time you come back here,

You will go deeper and deeper into relaxation and become more and more connected to yourself.

Each session will be more and more powerful and what you program here will show up in your life easily and effortlessly.

If you're ready to come back to full awareness,

Count yourself up by counting from 1 to 3 by saying 1,

2,

3 fully awake and fully alert.

If you want more time,

Then take the time and enjoy being with your true confident self.

And know that each time you come back to this place,

You immediately go into relaxation.

And by acknowledging your true self,

Your empowered self,

You will always be in complete influence of the circumstances of your life.
