Hello,
And welcome to your guided meditation on self-love.
Today I'll be taking you into a deep visualization,
Guiding you through a park and into a beautiful experience with yourself.
So as we begin,
Go ahead and make yourself comfortable,
Either sitting upright or perhaps laying down,
Getting comfortable,
Getting cozy,
Perhaps finding a blanket,
And just getting comfortable and at peace.
As we begin,
Go ahead and close your eyes,
Knowing that you're safe,
You're contained,
And you're in a space of love.
Begin to feel the stillness in the room.
Feel the stillness all around you,
Calmly seeping into your being.
Now begin by taking five deep breaths,
And every breath in,
Feel the stillness,
Getting breathed deep into your being,
Saturating every cell in your body,
Calming you,
Allowing you to be at peace.
So go ahead and breathe out wherever you are now,
And breathe in for a count of one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
And breathe out for one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
And five.
And breathe in for one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
And exhale for one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five.
Breathe in the stillness for one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
And feel it sinking into your being for five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Next breath for one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
And big sigh out for five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
And one,
Seeping deep into the stillness,
Deep into the peace,
Feeling relaxed and calm.
Now begin to imagine your favorite park.
Imagine this park in your mind's eye now.
Allow your consciousness to be present at this park,
Standing at the entrance,
Noticing everything around you.
Now as you begin to walk along a path,
Go ahead and just notice all your favorite things about this park.
Notice how it makes you feel being here now.
Feel the joy.
Feel that peace.
Feel the connection to nature.
Continue walking on a steady,
Graceful pace through one of your favorite places in the whole wide world.
Now as you're walking,
Notice that you come upon a sign that says self-love with an arrow directing you.
Allow your curiosity to guide you where it leads.
Notice that there's another sign pointing you closer.
And again,
Allow your curiosity to follow the second sign.
Now as you continue walking,
Notice that you get to a space in the park where there's a mirror and a chair facing the mirror with a big heart drawn on the mirror.
Allow yourself to go sit in this chair and gaze deep into your reflection.
Sit in the chair and be at peace and look deep,
Deep into your reflection.
Looking past all the stories,
Looking past all the fear,
Looking past all the guilt,
And look through any shame that's coming up.
Look deep into your eyes and connect with your true self.
Connect with the love,
Connect with the light,
Connect with the peace,
And feel the joy deep within your being.
Stare deep,
Deep into your eyes and see the truth within.
Feel anything coming up and allow it to be processed with ease.
Allow it to move through your being and be released.
Now as you sit,
Gazing back at yourself,
I want you to repeat what I say and say it either out loud or in your mind.
Look deep into your eyes and tell yourself,
I love you.
I honor you.
I trust you and I forgive you.
Feel what emotions come up and again,
Tell yourself again,
I love you.
I honor you.
I trust you and I forgive you.
Tell yourself one more time,
I love you.
I honor you.
I trust you and I forgive you.
Now give yourself a big,
Loving,
Warm hug,
Allowing this message to seep deep into your being,
Knowing that you are loved,
You are honored,
And you are forgiven.
Feel yourself with a gentle smile,
Knowing this truth inside yourself,
Allowing emotions to pass through,
To feel a deep grounding of light pushing up and out any illusions,
Restoring your relationship with yourself.
Continue gazing deep,
Deep,
Deep into your being,
Feeling what comes up,
Feeling loved,
Feeling accepted,
Feeling honored,
Feeling whole and complete,
Knowing that all has been forgiven and that you are loved.
Know that from this point forward,
Whenever you look in the mirror,
You will see your true self,
Unstoried,
Full of love,
Joy,
And grace.
Know that you'll be able to look back at that person staring at you in the mirror,
Knowing you are forgiven,
And your relationship has been restored,
And that you can be at peace,
Knowing that you're able to give yourself grace for any perceived shortcomings and feel loved unconditionally.
Now as you sit in this chair gazing at yourself in the mirror,
Close your eyes in this deep meditation.
Hearing the sounds of the park around you,
The birds chirping,
Perhaps kids playing around you,
Feel the air,
The breeze flowing by,
Feel the warm sunlight on your body warming your skin and deep into your being,
Feeling complete,
Feeling at peace,
And feeling whole.
Now breathe out wherever you are,
Breathe in for one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Breathe out for five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
And one,
And breathe in love and light for four,
Three,
Two,
One,
And breathe out for five,
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Last breath as big as you can make it all the way in,
Three,
Two,
One,
Holding at the top and letting it all go with a sigh,
Letting your breathing return back to normal,
Letting your eyes gently open,
Looking around the room,
Coming back to this present moment,
Coming back to this space,
Feeling a bit lighter,
A bit more peaceful,
And a whole lot more love.
