This meditation is from a live Insight Timer session on September 21, 2025. In this meditation, we explore the power of coming into the present moment. We practice bringing attention to all that is arising in the body, mind, and heart and meeting it with kindness and acceptance, and without judgment. When the mind moves into discursive thought--plans, memories, worries, daydreams--we kindly and gently bring our attention back to the body and breath. The meditation concludes with an excerpt from T.S. Eliot and a poem by Thich Nhat Hanh, 'Warmth.'
