As a meditation practitioner since 1982 and a teacher myself I so enjoyed this meditation. I’m also in Hawai’i so I loved all the references in Hawaiian. Soothing, beautiful and balanced. I loved her voice as well which to me is crucial as there is energy coming from a human voice that creates vibes in us when we listen. Thank you so for this
