In these times of anxiety, fear and feeling unsafe, the unknown can be challenging. I want to support anyone I can. I too have been in flux and I am taking the opportunity to evolve as a powerful empath. Now I want to help you, heal, feel safe and be healthy. This audio can help in many times of uncertainty but I especially made it for the COVID19 and my loving followers and clients.

Is that enough?

During this COVID-19,

I wanted to share a meditation and affirmation to help with your anxiety and panic.

I have to admit,

As a powerful empathic,

I can feel the energetic field around this planet.

With such intensity,

It is affecting me psychologically and physically.

I have been sitting in meditation and contemplation as I use this as an evolutionary process to take back my power and to know that I am in control of my own health,

Body,

Mind,

And soul.

And I want to help remind you as well.

So take a moment and ground yourself.

Wrap yourself in a warm blanket.

Sit in a comfortable or lay in a serene position.

Close your eyes and relax.

I want you to take three deep breaths.

Four seconds in.

Two.

Three.

Four.

Hold.

Two.

Three.

Four.

Two.

Three.

Four.

Breathe out.

Two.

Three.

Four.

Breathe in.

Two.

Three.

Four.

Hold.

Two.

Three.

Four.

Breathe out.

Two.

Three.

Four.

Breathe in.

Two.

Three.

Four.

Hold.

Two.

Three.

Four.

Breathe out.

Two.

Now two,

Three,

Four.

I want you to now take a deep breath and let it out.

But I want you to let this out with exasperation,

With the intent to relieve yourself of any internal tension.

Breathe in.

Two,

Three,

Four.

Breathe out.

Even make a noise.

Try it again.

Very good.

Relax the muscles in your face.

Relax the tension in your neck and your shoulders.

Let them drop.

Relax your chest and your stomach muscles.

Sit or lie and feel the pressure and the heaviness and the weight of your body while it is being cradled and secured in your location.

Relax your legs.

Relax your knees,

Your calves.

Wiggle your toes and relax your feet if you can.

Breathe in.

Two,

Three,

Four.

Hold two,

Three,

Four.

Breathe out.

Two,

Three,

Four.

You are safe.

You are cradled in the safety of the universe,

Of source,

Of your loving mother earth.

Know that this transition is to cleanse,

Is to heal,

Is to awaken our inner nature so that we can draw upon the natural strength and empower ourselves and bring in source and believe and know that you are safe.

You are worthy.

You are protected.

Understand that no matter what your source is,

What your eternal power,

Religion,

Or belief system is,

Know that this source is saying to you and everyone right now,

All of your loved ones,

You are safe with me.

I promise.

And when you get scared,

Look into your heart.

This is where I am.

Look into your soul.

This is where I reside.

Hold me tighter and smile because I am not going anywhere.

Wherever you are,

I am with you because I am you and you are me.

You are the loving empowerment of love,

Source,

Healing,

Safety.

May you be safe.

May you be healthy.

May you be happy.

May you live with ease.

You are cradled in the safety and the security of power and source and love.

Heaven is on earth.

Earth can be heaven.

There is nothing to fear but fear itself.

Your mind has the power to heal you.

Your mind is that powerful.

You are safe.

You are safe.

Know that now,

At this moment and always,

That you are protected.

You are not exposed to danger or risk.

You are not lost.

You are found.

You are strong and you are healthy.

Know that you have the power to support and help and send love and light to everyone who is feeling unsafe at this moment.

Know that you are part of a collective and that we are all one and that we are all love and that we are all safe.

We live among only one dimension of many dimensions.

We are here and there,

Before and after birth and death.

Be good to yourself.

Take care of yourself.

Look after yourselves.

Take care,

Be good and look after everyone around you.

This is an opportunity to connect.

This is an opportunity to evolve.

This is an opportunity to develop a natural sense of security and safety that is always within you.

Surrender.

Surrender.

You are safe.

Surrender and let it be.

When we try to control or fix or heal,

We create suffering.

Circum,

Submit,

Yield,

Lay down and fall within the surrendering of the unknown.

Fall and be held by the universal power,

By your source.

Know that there is only love.

It is all we are,

Deep within our souls.

We know this to be true.

Believe.

Believe.

Believe in the unknown that opposes fear.

Let me leave you with an ancient Buddhist saying,

Text and teachings from the Four Noble Truths.

Chapter 3,

Suffering Ceases When Attachment to Desire Ceases.

To end suffering is called Nirvāna.

It is achieving Nirvāna,

Which is the final liberation of suffering.

The mind experiences complete freedom,

Liberation and non-attachment.

It lets go of any desire or craving.

It is attaining dispassion.

Nirvāna means freedom from all worries,

Troubles and ideas.

It is not comprehensible for those who have not attained it.

Freedom from suffering is possible.

You are safe.

You are healthy and you are happy.

And so are everyone that you love.

Embrace your heart as it is within one heart of many who share the common heart and soul and mind as a collective.

We are all safe.

We are healing.

And we are empowered by love,

Not fear.

You are safe.

Omg this was amazing. I cried the entire time . It was so cathartic. Ive been feeling so anxious, lonely, scared , uncertain and the universe lead me straight here and it was what I need to hear, what I needed to recite. I am safe , I am loved, I am healthy. I am send this with many blessing to all who read this . Whatever time zone , or coast you are on . We will all be alright and come out on the other side stronger and wiser . Be well .
