From this new View, you are invited to be the space in which everything arises and align to the flow of life that is already naturally occurring without your help.

Hello my friend I'm so delighted you are here.

Welcome to this practice of opening to spacious awareness.

And in this practice I will use a beautiful 222 Hertz tuning fork that will bring harmony and coherence to the energies that we're working with.

So let's begin inviting you to close your eyes now and just start to be aware of the body.

Now unhook from that constellation of awareness that usually sits behind the eyes and allow that center of awareness to float down through your jaw,

Through your neck,

And into your heart space.

Knowing your heart directly from within.

Notice that you don't need to think about your heart to be aware of your heart.

Now expand your awareness out from the heart into the space in your room to become aware as space and feel this shift as you expand your awareness.

Now become aware of both the body and the heart and the room so they aren't two things but one continuous open space of awareness in which everything including your body is arising.

Now as space notice that everything is arising all on its own.

Your heart is pumping blood,

Sensations are arising in your body,

The sound of the tuning fork,

Letting yourself be as everything arises.

You aren't making anything happen.

It's all happening on its own like a driverless car.

Life is happening and just simply allow all of this movement that is already happening to happen without resistance.

Feel the subtle releases that happen as you gradually allow more and more life to arise within you as you.

Dropping any subtle resistance to anything that's occurring within.

And if you feel resistance,

No problem.

Just go back to being the space.

And I invite you to practice this many times throughout your day.

Anytime you feel caught by reality's grip,

Open into the space in which everything is already occurring on its own and allow this driverless car to take you wherever it's already going.
