Hello and welcome to this week's meditation.
Before we begin,
Get comfy,
Snuggle down,
Find a nice space where you can relax.
You might want to sit or lay down for this meditation,
Either is fine.
And once you're settled in your space,
I want you to take a couple of deep breaths for me.
So breathe in really deep and let that go.
And do that again,
Nice deep breath.
And as you let that go,
Feel your body just relaxing,
Coming into this moment.
And I want you to bring your attention to anything that's in this moment,
Anything that you notice strong.
It could be your breath,
Sensation in the body,
Thought in the mind.
But just observe,
Just notice what's happening in this moment for you.
Just let your awareness settle and see if you can notice these things rising and falling,
Allowing thoughts to pop up and then drift away.
Sensations in the body arise and then they dissipate.
Emotions might come up but you notice as you bring your awareness to them,
A loving awareness,
They gently disappear.
And allow yourself to sit with this rising and falling for another couple of minutes.
Just noticing what's happening,
Not trying to fix anything,
Just allowing it to be as it is.
And when you feel really grounded into this presence awareness,
I want you to bring your attention to your heart space.
I want you to see it filling up with a golden light,
A beautiful golden light.
And as you look through this golden light you can see it's coming from the other side of a tunnel.
I want you to walk through that tunnel following the golden light at the other end.
You're getting closer now,
Closer to the light and you can see there's someone waiting for you and you know it's your guide.
Your guide greets you and leads you into a most gorgeous flower meadow and you sit down on a blanket that's already been prepared.
Your guide now looks at you and says I'm going to share the information you've been waiting for,
The guidance you've been seeking,
What you need to do in this moment.
And I want you to just listen,
See what the guide tells you.
And when you're ready I want you to thank your guide for the information they've just shared with you,
Knowing it's going to have a massive impact on your life.
And you both stand up and start to walk back towards the tunnel and you say goodbye.
They give you a big hug,
Wish you well and you start walking back towards your heart space.
And as you come to the other end of the tunnel you start to feel sensations in your body again,
The air on your skin,
The breath rising and falling in your body.
And I want you to feel into that gratitude for the wisdom you've just,
You've just been told.
And when you're ready start to come back,
Wiggle your fingers,
Wiggle your toes.
Notice the ground beneath you and slowly open your eyes.
