Welcome to this week's meditation.
This meditation is for the morning time to get you really set up for the day ahead.
So before we begin,
Get comfy,
Grab a blanket,
Go to your usual space in the house where you do your meditation and relax into this moment.
And when you're ready,
Close your eyes,
Connect into your breath and just notice the gentle rising and falling as the air enters into your lungs,
Expanding your chest and you release again.
And really tune in to that rhythm.
Notice the cool air coming in through your nose,
Your belly gently rising and that release and relaxation that follows the exhale.
And I want you to notice what feelings are arising for you today.
What feelings and sensations are coming up in the body?
What's going on for you in this moment?
Can you just witness them and allow them to be there?
Not allowing any stories to take hold,
Not allowing any judgment to creep in.
Just observe as if it was happening to someone else from the safe space of the witnesser to see what's happening there today.
And I want you to see as you take your next in-breath,
Big deep in-breath,
Whether you can allow that oxygen to roll out into your body,
Releasing any tension,
Any tightness,
Allowing any motions to just flow away.
And with your next in-breath,
See if you can bring in a bit more relaxation,
A bit more ease,
Allowing,
Surrendering to what this moment brings,
Feeling completely safe,
Completely at ease,
Filled with peace.
And I want you to imagine today unfolding in front of you and everything is going amazingly well.
Anything you've been worried about or dreading doing just flows with ease.
You appear confident,
In control,
Knowing that you can deal with any challenge as it arises,
Filled up with that self-confidence,
Assurance that you've got today and you can handle whatever opportunities or challenges this day will bring.
And really feel into that,
That energy of confidence,
Of owning the day,
Of liking who you are in this day,
Feeling proud of the gifts you have to offer,
The people you meet along the way,
How you can spread a little bit more love in the world just by being kind and open with the people you will interact with today.
I want you to feel excited at that opportunity,
Tap into that excited energy of the amazing impact you can have on the world in the next 24 hours,
The lives you can change,
The people that will feel happier and lighter just from talking to you,
From being in your company.
And see the amazing opportunity the next 24 hours brings,
The opportunity to just be alive,
To cherish every moment,
To perhaps start working towards goals that you've had for a while,
You didn't have the confidence to pursue before.
Today you know you can handle anything,
You can achieve anything and you deserve to have anything that you want.
And just feel into that energy,
That deserving energy of knowing you are worthy,
Of knowing that everything you need is within you,
That anything you want to do or achieve is within your reach.
Now I just want you to take a moment to feel into that energy you've generated in your body,
That confidence,
Excitement,
That gratitude for the next 24 hours,
This gift you've been given,
The gifts you hold within that you can share with the world and the people you'll interact with today.
Notice how that feels in the body,
Feel it expanding into every area of your being,
Expanding outwards,
Glowing around you,
This beautiful energy of knowing just how amazing you are,
How amazing this world is and the opportunities that lie in front of you.
And when you're ready,
Slowly bring your attention back to your breath,
You might want to wiggle your toes,
Wiggle your fingers and slowly open your eyes,
Ready to take on the day ahead.
