It is not unusual over time for us to become disconnected from that inner voice inside that always knows the right next move to make and step to take. We may have been taught not to trust it, but to rely on logic instead yet deep down we know that voice always has the answers and guidance we need.

And as and when you're ready,

I invite you to slowly close your eyes and just bring your awareness to the breath in the belly,

That gentle rise and fall that happens automatically.

And we're not trying to control the breath in any way,

We're just allowing ourselves the chance to get curious,

Noticing how that rhythm feels for you,

Whether it's fast or slow,

Deep or shallow,

Whether it's steady or creating a song of its own.

And if you feel like you've been holding on to some tension,

Perhaps seeing if you can soften that,

Softening across the brow,

Around the eyes,

Loosening the jaw,

Allow those shoulders to melt away from the ears,

Softening in the tummy,

Letting go of any holding in,

And seeing if you can sit up a little bit taller,

Just allowing a little bit more space in that spine,

And noticing if there's anywhere in the body that feels a little bit uncomfortable today,

Or where you can still feel some tightness,

And see if you can just allow that to melt away with nothing more than your attention and intention.

And I invite you now to bring your awareness to the base of the spine,

And it's this area between,

Well,

The bottom of the pubic bone and the base of the spine,

This kind of horseshoe shape,

The area of our root chakra,

And just breathing some life into this area,

Allowing your awareness to rest here just for a moment,

And reminding yourself gently inside,

I am safe,

I am safe.

You may even want to put your hand on your heart space as you say these words,

Whether internally or out loud,

I am safe,

I am safe.

And moving that attention up a little bit more now into this kind of womb space,

Or the area between the navel and the pubic bone,

And again just getting curious with anything that is going on in this area,

Allowing your awareness to wake it up,

And reminding yourself with some gentle words,

Whether internally or externally,

Life flows through me,

Life flows through me.

A reminder you're alive here today,

Life flows through you.

And moving that awareness up a little bit further now into the solar plexus,

The middle of the torso,

And again just allowing your awareness to bring some life into this area,

To wake it up,

Reminding yourself power lives within me,

Power lives within me.

And coming up to the heart space now,

Again just allowing your awareness to wake this area up,

And repeating out loud or internally to yourself,

I am love,

I am love.

Notice how your body responds as you say these loving words to yourself,

I am love.

And coming up to the throat now,

Waking it up with nothing more than your awareness,

And gently saying to yourself,

Whether externally or internally,

I express with love,

I express with love.

And coming up to the area of the third eye,

Again just waking it up with your awareness,

And repeating to yourself,

I know and see clearly,

I know and see clearly,

And see clearly.

And coming up to the crown at the top of the head,

Again just allowing yourself to wake this area up,

Just with your awareness,

And gently saying to yourself,

I am open and available for the support of the universe,

I am open and available for the support of the universe.

And feel free to change the word universe to God,

Divine,

Or another word that resonates with you,

I am open and available for the support of the universe.

And give yourself a moment now to notice how it feels within you,

Whether the state of your being feels like it's changed in any way,

And bringing to mind now something that you feel you need guidance around,

Whether it's something you're contemplating doing,

Or need some inspiration around,

Or struggling to know the answer to.

And form that thing into a question,

So whether it's,

What should I do about x,

What's the right path to take around this particular thing.

And placing your hand on your heart space,

And asking yourself that question internally now,

And just allow space for answers to arise,

Grasping for answers,

But just seeing what comes through.

And continue to gently repeat the question to yourself,

And leave a little space for answers to come up,

Before gently posing the question again.

Remember we're not searching here,

Just allowing space,

And getting curious with anything that comes through.

Sometimes there'll be lots of answers,

Sometimes there won't be.

No,

That's absolutely fine,

Just keep posing the question internally.

And if you find you've become distracted or lost focus at any point,

No that's absolutely fine,

Just gently come back to the question when you realize.

And seeing if you can let go of the question now,

And take a moment to feel into gratitude for any wisdom you received.

Maybe saying it quiet,

Thank you,

Thank you,

Thank you,

For knowing you've got the support here,

Anytime you need it.

And as and when you feel ready,

Slowly opening your eyes,

Coming back into the world.
