Thank you for joining me for this visualization today.

I want to take you on a journey to your ideal self.

Before we get started,

Take a deep breath and just let that go.

Get yourself really comfy,

Snuggle down.

Find a way you can completely relax into this moment and listen to what I'm saying.

Now take a moment to close your eyes and bring your awareness to the breath.

See if you can hold that awareness with loving attention.

No judging,

Just witnessing.

I want you to notice now when you bring your awareness to the breath in a loving way,

How your body releases medicine that you need in this moment.

A little bit more ease allows you to release.

Just feel into that.

Now I want you to bring your attention to the area of your third eye.

I want you to imagine an iridescent,

Beautiful light shining out in front of you from your third eye.

And within that light,

You see stepping towards you,

Your ideal version of you.

I want you to notice how are they holding themselves?

What energy are they giving out?

How do they dress?

How do they present themselves to the outside world?

And I want you to look within them now.

And notice what are their thoughts?

What are they saying to themselves?

How do they deal with stress?

How do they handle their emotions?

How are they valuing their strengths and gifts?

And what are they doing about their growth points?

And notice how are they living their life?

What are they saying yes to?

What are they saying no to?

How are they honoring their needs?

How are they prioritizing their desires?

How do they feel about themselves?

And what beautiful impact are they having on the world just by being truly who they are?

Now I want you to step forward to this ideal version of you.

And I want you to put your arms around them.

Embrace them in a hug.

But as you pull them towards you,

You notice they absorb into your body.

You realize they were within you the whole time.

I want you to notice that energy shift.

How has your energy changed?

How have your thoughts changed?

How have your beliefs changed?

Knowing that you're here to make a gorgeous impact on this world just by embracing who you are.

I want you to sit with this for a moment.

Really feel into it.

And when you're ready,

I want you to come back as the ideal version of you.
