Find a quiet,
Comfortable space where you can sit or lie down,
Free from distractions.
Close your eyes and take a few deep,
Cleansing breaths,
Allowing your body to relax and settle into the present moment.
We will begin with a gentle body scan to bring awareness to each part of your body.
Start at the top of your head.
Focus your attention on any sensations you might feel,
Such as tingling,
Warmth,
Or coolness.
Allow your awareness to move down through your face,
Relaxing your forehead,
Your eyes,
Your cheeks,
And your jaw.
Continue the scan,
Moving down through your neck and shoulders.
Notice any areas of tension,
And as you breathe,
Imagine a warm,
Healing light melting away any tightness or discomfort.
Gradually move your awareness down your arms,
Elbows,
Wrists,
Hands.
Feel the energy flowing through your fingers,
Connecting you to the world around you.
Next,
Bring your attention to your chest and upper back.
Notice the gentle rise and fall of your breath as you breathe in love and exhale any stress or tension.
Slowly move your awareness down your abdomen and your lower back,
Releasing any tension and allowing your body to feel supported and at ease.
Now,
Focus on your hips,
Thighs,
Knees,
And calves.
Notice any sensations or tightness,
And imagine a wave of relaxation washing over these areas as you breathe.
Finally,
Bring your attention to your ankles,
Your feet,
And your toes.
Envision any remaining tension draining away,
Leaving your entire body feeling relaxed,
Supported,
And connected to the earth.
With your body now fully relaxed,
We will begin the body activation process.
This practice involves visualizing a healing energy flowing through your body,
Activating your body's natural ability to heal and rejuvenate.
Imagine a brilliant,
Warm light at the base of your spine,
Representing your body's innate healing energy.
As you breathe in,
Envision this light expanding and growing brighter.
With each exhalation,
Visualize the healing energy traveling up your spine,
Reaching every cell and tissue in your body.
Feel the warmth and healing power of this energy as it spreads throughout your body,
Activating your body's natural ability to heal and restore balance.
Take a few moments to focus on any areas that may need extra healing or attention.
Envision the healing light concentrating on these areas,
Providing warmth,
Comfort,
And support.
