Welcome to this guided lymphatic drainage massage.

Please take a moment to settle into your body,

Get comfortable,

And take a few deep breaths.

We'll begin by rubbing the sides of our neck,

Opposite hand to opposite side of the neck,

In small circles,

Softly,

And down through the collarbone.

This will stimulate the lymph nodes in this area.

You can do this from 30 seconds to 3 minutes.

Next,

We'll go to the side of the face,

Put your ears between your fingers,

And down the side of the neck,

Down through the collarbone,

Away from the face.

This should be in a downwards motion to drain everything towards the lymph nodes.

Next,

We'll move to the lymph nodes in the armpit area,

In small,

Soft circles under the armpit,

Opposite hand to opposite armpit,

And just do this for 30 seconds again to 2 minutes or 3 minutes.

Remember to take deep breaths.

Now that we've done the upper body,

We'll move to the stomach area,

In clockwise circles,

Rubbing the tummy,

Again in a downwards motion.

Now that we've swept the upper body,

We'll move to the thighs,

And stimulate the lymph nodes in the groin area.

We'll do small,

Soft circles on the inner thigh near the groin.

We'll go downwards and push everything towards the lymph nodes in the groins.

Sweep from the back of the buttocks to the front of the groin,

And do this on both sides.

Next,

We'll move to the legs.

We'll go from right above the knee,

Sweeping upwards towards the lymph nodes on the inside of the thigh,

And then we'll move to the lower leg,

Sweeping upwards towards the knee to the lymph nodes in the knee.

And then we'll do the other leg,

Ankle to the lymph nodes in the knee,

And from the upper knee up to the groin.

Nice and soft.
