Hiroki Ishihara-Baez

Hiroki is a UCLA graduate with a degree in World Arts and Cultures. He has been practicing secular mindfulness for over 10 years, and has trained in Mindful Awareness Practice classes offered through UCLA's Mindful Awareness Research Center from 2015-2018, completing all MAPs I-III courses. The courses he has completed through UCLA MARC include MAPsI Mindfulness in Daily Life; MAPs II Cultivating Positive Emotions, Working with Difficulty, Mindful Self-Compassion, Turning Obstacles into Allies, Next Steps, Relational Mindfulness; MAPs III Mindful Self-Compassion, Forgiveness, Mindful Ethics, Mindful Aging, Mindful Ending, and Working with Judgements.
