
Mindfulness And Forgiveness Meditation
Short Mindfulness meditation instruction, then forgiveness practice meditation. Mindfulness is the practice of opening up to our present-moment experiences, with open curiosity and non-judgment. We invite attention to the present moment; to the body, to the breath, and to the space, we are in. Forgiveness cannot be willed or forced; but can be invited in, and prepared for. We can wish for future growth of this capacity, and we can prepare its soil for the now. Thank you.
