Good morning and rise and shine.
As you start this meditation,
Let's begin by giving yourself a big hug.
Wrap your arms around you and give yourself a loving squeeze.
Starting your day with loving vibrations.
When you're ready,
Coming back into a neutral lying position or maybe if you're sitting up just placing the hands on your lap.
Finding the most comfortable position for you today.
Closing down the eyes and focusing on your breath.
Take a deep breath in through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
And as you continue to take deep breaths in through your nose,
Visualise yourself breathing in cleansing white light.
And as you exhale through the mouth,
Releasing any stagnant energy.
Continue to take these deep cleansing breaths,
Filling yourself with light and positive vibrations.
Inhale through the nose.
In one big exhalation through the mouth.
And then just resuming your normal breathing pattern.
As you start your day,
Think about the positives,
All the good things that are awaiting you today,
The opportunities,
The things that you love.
What are you really looking forward to today?
Visualise yourself as you go throughout your day with a smile on your face,
With love and light in your heart.
Notice just how positive you're feeling about the day ahead,
The difference that a smile can make,
Or the difference that this light vibration can make.
And as you think about your day ahead,
Let a single word come to your mind as your intention for the day ahead.
Just go with whatever word pops into your mind.
Let your intuition guide you towards that intention for your day.
How would you like to feel today?
And now think about something that you are truly grateful for today.
It can be just one thing,
Or it may be many things.
Bring to your mind those things that you are really thankful for having in your life.
And feel that gratitude deep inside your heart.
Allowing that gratitude to fill you with more love and light.
Raising your vibrations.
And coming back into your physical body now.
Giving your toes a little wiggle.
Giving your fingers a stretch and a wiggle.
Take a deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.
And when you're ready,
Opening up your eyes and smile.
Let that smile on your face.
Keep your vibrations high.
And have a beautiful day filled with love and light.
