Welcome to this full moon meditation.
My name is Kyra and today I'm going to be guiding you to use this full moon energy to open your heart.
Full moons are a time of forgiveness and gratitude.
And so by opening our heart space we can really feel into what we need to forgive and what we are feeling truly grateful for in our lives.
So find yourself in a comfortable position,
Perhaps sitting in a chair,
On the floor or you may choose to lie down,
Whatever feels best for you today.
And when you're comfortable,
Close down the eyes.
Let's begin by taking some deep breaths together.
Breathe in through the nose,
Feeling your belly and chest expand with air.
And exhale through the nose,
Letting go.
Inhale through the nose,
Filling yourself with fresh air.
And exhale through the nose,
Releasing stagnant energy.
Inhale.
And exhale.
One last big breath in.
And as you exhale let yourself fully relax.
Letting go of tension that you're holding.
Letting go of anything that feels stiff or painful.
Just surrendering.
Letting go.
Breathing,
Sinking into deep relaxation.
Bring your awareness to your heart chakra in the centre of your chest.
The heart chakra is the energetic centre of unconditional love and forgiveness.
This space in the centre of your chest is a glowing spinning disc of light,
Either green or pink.
And as you place your awareness on your heart chakra,
You notice it's glowing brighter and brighter.
Let that light from your heart chakra fill your entire being.
Expanding out from your heart to your entire chest.
Expanding up through the throat,
Up through the face,
All the way to the top of the head.
Whilst also expanding down through the belly,
Down the legs,
All the way to your feet.
Your entire being is radiating with loving energy.
And as you hold on to this loving feeling flowing through your entire being,
We're going to chant.

Bring your awareness to your heart chakra again.
Notice how it glows,
How it radiates with unconditional love.
Notice how your heart wants to love everybody and everything.
Your heart wants to forgive.
Your heart wants to spread kindness.
Your heart is pure.
Bringing your awareness back into your physical body now.
Take a deep breath in through the nose and out through the nose.
Finally bring some movement back into the hands and the feet.
Moving the fingers and the toes a little.
Bringing a hand up over your heart space.
Feeling your heart in your chest.
Feeling the love radiating from within.
Bring a smile to your face and as you go about your day spread loving kindness wherever you go.
