I'll be guiding you to meet the energy of your business today.
So I've designed this meditation to be used by solpreners,
Entrepreneurs or business owners.
So find a comfortable position close your eyes and let's begin.
Start by taking a deep breath in through the nose and out through the nose.
Another deep breath in and out.
One more deep breath in and exhale completely relaxing and then resuming your normal breathing pattern.
Bring your awareness down to your feet.
Noticing how they connect to Mother Earth below.
Feel supported as you meditate today.
Staying in the present,
Leaving behind anything that has happened already today or anything that will happen in the future.
Just staying right here in the present moment.
There is nowhere else you need to be right now.
In your mind's eye visualise your business.
Your business could appear as a person,
An object or maybe different colours,
Sounds,
Smells.
Just take a moment here to visualise your business.
Once you have this vision of your business in your mind,
Feel into the energy of your business.
How does your business feel?
Is there something that your business is needing to grow and thrive?
Or is there something that's blocking your business from success?
Just feel into your business.
Feel into the energy of your business.
Placing no judgement,
Just becoming aware of the energy.
Let your business speak to you now and listen to your business as it tells you exactly what it needs from you.
And now,
While you are still tuned into the energy of your business,
What would you like to do for your business?
Perhaps you want to give your business a hug or give it something.
Do whatever feels best as you interact with the energy of your business.
It's now time to say goodbye to this vision of the energy of your business.
But know that you can come back here whenever you need to reconnect to the energy of your business.
Bring your awareness back into your physical body now,
Giving your toes and fingers a stretch,
Taking a deep breath in through the nose and out.
