
Let Go And Flow: An Emotional Healing Meditation
This emotional healing meditation can help you process your emotions in a soothing way that leaves you with more self-understanding, self-compassion and peace. It utilizes Regenerating Images in Memory, which is a powerful emotional processing tool that helps you drop beneath the surface of your conscious mind so you can access and heal the deeper layers of your psyche in an effective and comfortable way. Enjoy getting back into flow by witnessing and letting go of your emotions in a deep way!
Transcript
Go ahead and find a space where it's safe and comfortable for you to relax your body and close your eyes.
With your eyes closed,
Bring your awareness to your breath,
Allowing your breath to be flowing,
Gentle,
And deep,
Allowing every inhale to bring in clean,
Healing energy from the universe deep into your body and cells.
With every exhale being a gentle letting go,
Letting go of tension,
Distractions,
Allowing yourself to settle more and more deeply into the surface upon which you're resting,
Imagining that you could breathe in through your heart and out through your belly button.
On your next breath,
Imagine that you could breathe in through your heart and out through the palms of your hands,
Breathing in through your heart,
Breathe out through the crown of your head,
Breathing in through your heart,
Breathe out through the soles of your feet.
And for the next few breaths,
Imagine that you could breathe in through your heart and out through your head,
Hands,
Belly button,
And feet,
All at the same time,
Noticing that every part of you is connected to the flow and the rhythm of your inhale and your exhale,
Feeling the temperature of the air on your skin,
Noticing any sounds that you can hear,
Knowing that during this reprogramming exercise,
If you hear any noises or any distractions come up,
They'll just take you deeper and deeper into your own experience.
Following your next breath deep into the core of your being,
You'll notice that you can sense your inner landscape in three dimensions all around you.
Now bringing to mind or bringing forward the emotion that you've been struggling with.
As your awareness comes to that emotion,
Notice how that feels in your body.
So where do you feel that emotion?
Is it more on the right side or the left side of your body?
Maybe it's centralized.
Is it deep or superficial or both or neither?
What color is that sensation?
Does it have a shape?
Noticing the height and the width and the depth of that sensation in your body.
What quality is this energy?
Does it have a texture or a temperature?
Just welcoming and allowing whatever you notice.
Now your imagination is gonna call forward a virtual resource to be with you on this journey.
And a virtual resource is like a guide or an angel or a kind and loving ancestor.
It can really be anyone or anything that is safe,
Powerful,
And loving.
Noticing who shows up for you.
Knowing that you can have more than one virtual resource as well.
They're just here for guidance and safety and perspective during this reprogramming exercise.
And if no one is coming forward for you,
If no one appears in your imagination,
Then you can just tune in to the circle of guardians that are always around you.
Noticing where your virtual resource is in proximity to you.
Feeling how it feels to have this virtual resource with you right now.
Bringing your awareness back to that sensation that you were focused on just a minute ago.
The color,
The size,
The shape,
The texture,
The quality.
And with this virtual resource by your side for the whole time,
With your imagination,
You're just gonna move your awareness straight into that sensation,
Straight into that color,
That image.
And as you dive into that sensation with the safety of your virtual resource,
You're gonna get very curious.
You're gonna notice what it feels like to be in this sensation.
You're gonna explore the sensation,
Just letting go into the essence of this emotion,
Of the sensation in your body,
Becoming it.
And as you become the essence of this emotion or sensation in your body,
You're gonna look out through its perspective and you're gonna speak aloud to your virtual resource.
So as the sensation,
You're gonna speak aloud to your virtual resource and say,
What I'm feeling is.
Speaking again from the perspective of the sensation to your virtual resource,
Releasing any need to edit,
Letting yourself vent,
Letting the communication just flow how it wants to flow.
You're gonna say,
What it's like to feel this way is.
Surrendering more and more into that feeling or sensation.
Speaking to your virtual resource,
What I'm struggling most with right now about this is,
Speaking from the perspective of the sensation going even deeper.
The thing I'm most upset about right now is continuing to sense your body,
Sense the feelings that are arising,
Allowing and welcoming anything that shows up and letting go even deeper into the sensation in your body.
Speaking aloud to your virtual resource,
I'm so upset about this because deep down,
Speaking from the perspective of the sensation to your virtual resource,
What I'm really afraid of is,
Or maybe what's most vulnerable to me right now is.
Speaking to your virtual resource,
What I'm believing about myself right now is,
Going even deeper into the sensation in your body,
Continuing to express.
As I'm aware of all of this that I'm feeling,
What I really want or need right now is,
Speaking aloud to your virtual resource,
How it feels to say this to you is,
And now just speak whatever else wants to be spoken from this sensation to your virtual resource until that feels complete.
When you've expressed everything that this sensation wants to express,
Your imagination is going to move your awareness into your virtual resource.
And as your virtual resource,
You're gonna look out through your kind,
Compassionate,
Wise eyes,
Back at this emotion or sensation,
And you're going to receive a stream of colored energy coming from that emotion.
And the stream of colored energy represents everything that's just been expressed.
As the virtual resource,
Notice the color and the quality of this stream of colored energy.
As the virtual resource,
Notice where it enters your body first,
And really fully absorb and receive everything that's been expressed.
Noticing how that feels,
You're gonna respond as the virtual resource back to this sensation.
Speaking aloud as the virtual resource,
What I heard from you or received from you is,
Expressing as the virtual resource,
What it feels like to hear this and receive this from you is,
Speaking aloud as the virtual resource,
What I wanna tell you is,
From the perspective of the virtual resource,
Looking back at the sensation and this emotion,
Speaking aloud,
What I know about you is,
Speaking effortlessly,
Expressing as the virtual resource,
Most compassionate and wise interpretation of your situation is,
Expressing as the virtual resource,
What it's like to say this to you is,
And then just speaking whatever else wants to be spoken from the virtual resource to this emotion or sensation.
Speak it now until it's complete.
When that's complete,
Move your awareness back into your body,
Back into that sensation that you started with.
It may have shifted,
It may not have,
There's no right or wrong,
There's no way to do this journey incorrectly.
So as you bring your awareness deeply back into that sensation in your body,
Just notice whatever you notice.
Notice how you feel,
Notice what may have shifted.
Again,
Surrendering into whatever is present,
Just allowing and becoming this sensation.
One more time,
Look out through the perspective of this sensation back at the virtual resource,
And receive a stream of colored energy from that virtual resource,
Representing everything that was just shared with you.
Noticing the color and the quality of that stream of colored energy.
Noticing where in your body that stream of colored energy comes in first,
And then allowing that stream of colored energy to just naturally expand to all parts of you that want or need it,
That will just naturally happen as you receive fully everything that's been shared with you.
Speaking now from the sensation back to the virtual resource,
What I heard from you,
Or what I received from you is,
Speaking aloud from the perspective and experience of the sensation.
What it's like to hear this and receive this from you is,
Speaking again without editing yourself or worrying about if you sound intelligent or if you're using the right vocabulary,
Just relaxing and allowing yourself to express.
What I'm realizing now is,
Speaking as the sensation back to the virtual resource,
What it feels like to realize this is,
Speaking to the virtual resource,
How I see this helping me moving forward is,
And finally just speaking aloud anything else that wants to be spoken until that feels complete.
Now allowing your awareness to move out of the sensation and back into the wholeness and totality of your inner landscape,
Feeling every part of you connected to the inhale and the exhale,
The rhythm and the flow of your breath,
Scanning your body head to toe and feeling the visceral somatic experience of your new awareness,
Of your new realizations,
Finding the feeling in your body of a lightness or a freedom or expansiveness,
Or just noticing whatever it is that you do feel,
Noticing the color and the quality of that contented energy in your body,
That feeling of lightness or expansion or whatever it is,
And become aware that as you focus on that color and that quality,
That energy in your body,
That it just begins to naturally expand as you focus on it.
It naturally expands deep into the core of your muscles and tissues and bones.
It naturally spreads from the top of your head to the bottoms of your feet and is integrated everywhere in between as well.
Spreads through your entire left side of your body,
The entire right side of your body and everywhere in between,
Deeply filling the back of your body and the front of your body and everywhere in between.
This energy even goes deep into all of your cells,
Even down into your DNA,
Through the pores of your skin and through the entire bubble of energy around you,
Your aura bubble.
And as this energy just effortlessly expands through you,
It brings this new awareness into your cellular memory,
Your emotional memory,
And fully integrates all of the insight and healing that you received during the subconscious reprogramming exercise today.
Taking several more gentle and deep breaths,
Really allowing this energy to expand to all parts of your being,
All parts of you.
Your unconscious mind is gonna let you know that this is fully integrated by bringing full feeling and weight back into your arms and legs,
Fingers and toes,
And spontaneously opening your eyes.

This meditation was so helpful. I had to pause it many times to take it slow. I was able to name and release a childhood dream that I held deep in my heart. The guide was able to show me the adult and realistic version of the dream and allow me to move on without being held captive by a fairy tale. Just by understanding the origin of the dream and talking about it with a guide made me able to release it knowing it was not good for me, my health and future. I feel so free!
