I love how beautifully align that I was looking for another meditation and accidentally stumbled on this one. Yet it met all of the intentions of what I came to this meditation session especially the ancestral piece. Calming, gentle voice and thought provoking iffermations. Many of these would make good Journaling prompts. I'm glad I marked this one and finally listened. I will be coming back to this one again.

I did it! I stayed present through the entire meditation. Kali the warrior princess came to help me burn away my anger and pain. Tears of gratitude are rolling down my cheeks as I bask in joy and love. I just want to love everyone I just put bread love d the whole earth.
