This havening meditation is truly the best way to start your day.
In this meditation,
We'll use havening and affirmations to prime your body,
Heart,
And subconscious mind to make this an incredible day.
So to begin with,
Just get comfortable and begin doing havening touch.
To do havening touch,
You can just rub your palms together.
You can rub down your arms from shoulder to elbow,
Shoulder to elbow,
Shoulder to elbow,
Or you can do havening touch by stroking your face,
Cheeks,
Or forehead.
This touch has been shown to create soothing delta waves in your brain,
Which stimulate the release of happiness neurotransmitters like dopamine and serotonin,
And it will also help you mindfully ground in into your body this morning.
So continuing to do the havening touch in whatever way feels good to you,
Close your eyes and bring to mind something that effortlessly makes you smile.
Maybe it's a person,
Or a pet,
Or a happy memory,
Or a place in nature.
And as you think about this thing that makes you smile,
Just allow that smile to spread across your face,
And feel what that feels like in your body and your heart.
Breathing.
Imagine that the essence of that smile begins to expand through you.
As you focus on that feeling,
It just effortless.
As you focus on that feeling of the smile,
It just effortlessly expands through you to all parts of you that want or need it.
You can feel the essence of that smile in your breath,
Filling your lungs and your heart,
And just imagine the essence of that smile radiating to every part of you,
Into your cells,
Your bones,
Your organs.
Breathing.
Feel what it feels like as the essence of that smile just ripples through your heart,
And your mind,
And your body.
Feeling the smile in your big toe on your left foot.
Feeling it in the pinky finger on your right hand.
Feeling the essence of the smile everywhere within you and around you.
Breathing.
Now repeat the following affirmations after me.
What if I carry the essence of this smile within me today?
What if this inner smile supports me in all that I do today?
What if I lovingly bring the best of me to this day?
What if today I treat myself with compassion and kindness at every opportunity?
What if today I let love flow through me and fill me?
What if I listen to the deep calling of my heart today?
What if I allow myself to be guided by my highest wisdom?
What would it be like to approach today believing that I am enough and I always have been?
What if it's safe for me to be myself today?
What if today I appreciate my own beauty?
Continuing to do the Havening Touch,
Now think of a goal you have or something meaningful that you want to accomplish today.
Thinking about this goal,
Repeat after me.
What if I feel greater and greater clarity about how to achieve my goals today?
What if today I start to get better results?
What if today I start to get better results?
What if I'm open to curiosity,
Creativity,
And learning today?
What if I align with the creative knowing of my heart and let it guide me today?
What if I take inspired action towards my goals today?
