We all struggle sometimes, and one of the best ways to decrease our suffering when we're struggling is just to normalize and accept what we're feeling. This short guided meditation utilizes affirmations (not affirmations) to increase your compassionate acceptance of whatever it is you’re feeling right now. This acceptance not only decreases suffering, but also deepens our connection with ourselves and our ability to heal and move through our big emotions.
