Gurudev Namo.

Take a moment to breathe nice and gently,
Filling your belly,
Allowing the shoulders to relax.
Begin to notice any sounds around you.
Notice how your body feels.
Noticing the peace and the calm around you.
When you're ready,
You can gently blink your eyes open.
And softly focus on whatever you can see first.
No judgment,
No labelling,
Simply observing.
When you're ready,
You can bring a little smile onto your face,
Hands together in front of your chest.
Take a little moment to tuck your chin into your chest.
Recognise your efforts here today.

To become present,
