Meditation on the Endless Sea Sit in a comfortable place and close your eyes. Take several deep breaths and relax your body. With each breath invite deeper and deeper relaxation to permeate your being. Set your intention to connect to the Endless Sea within you. The element of life that is ever present and eternal. Ask for guidance to support you in this process. Visualize a cloud in the sky and imagine what it is like to be this cloud. Now imagine that you are a drop of water forming inside the cloud. Feel the cool airy moisture becoming denser and forming into water. You feel yourself falling through the air and the air rushing past you as you fall. You land with a splash and gently begin sliding down a hill towards a creek with the other drops around you. You reach the creek and fall into it, Uniting with a swift flow of water. You feel yourself being pushed along, Still a drop of water but also part of something greater. As you travel, The creek grows into a river and you feel the strength of millions of drops surrounding you rushing together in the current. And finally, The river merges with the sea. When you fall into the great sea, You realize that you can feel it. It is a sea that goes on forever. You realize that you are a drop but that you are also the sea itself. Everything you've ever known is inside the sea. Every drop of water comes to this sea and is part of the sea. Inquire within. What is the experience of being yourself and also knowing you are a part of a greater whole? What does it feel like to be a drop in the ocean of consciousness? Remain with your experience. Allow your thoughts and feelings to flow through you. Take several deep breaths and return to your experience as the drop of water in the endless sea. You are deep inside the ocean now and the currents are dancing around you. Take a breath and surrender to the movement as the current moves you closer and closer to the surface of the sea. When you reach the surface, You feel the warmth of the sun. Shoking up the heat, You feel lighter and lighter as you evaporate into the air, Preparing to start a new life, Always carrying your wisdom with you into your next evolution. Take several deep breaths. Allow your intuitive intelligence to show you a place in your body that holds the experience of the eternal, The endless sea. Take a deep breath and gently stretch in any way that feels good to you. As thoughts begin to enter your mind, Remember that through rooting into the wisdom of your body, You can reconnect to this experience at any time.
