Allowing your breath to be calm,
Your mind to be clear,
And your heart to be open.
Take a deep breath.
Inhaling deeply into your stomach and relaxing your breath as you exhale.
With the next breath,
Intuitively allow a fictional character to come to your mind.
When you see them,
Feel what you imagine their life to be like.
How do they feel day to day?
How do they feel when they are making important decisions?
How are they able to get through difficult situation?
What motivates them?
What inspires them?
What is their vision for themselves,
For their loved ones,
And for humanity?
As you feel this character,
Ask yourself how you too can be this way.
Now ask this character to give you advice on how to be like them.
Let them teach you their ways,
Their skills,
Their abilities.
Allow them to reside in your mind and give you ongoing inspiration for fearlessly being yourself.
When you are ready,
Take several deep breaths,
Returning to your body,
Stretching,
Moving,
Opening your eyes,
And writing down your experience in your journal.
