This meditation uses a combination of relaxation and mindfulness techniques, with visualization and affirmations to gently heal, open, and balance the sacral chakra (the second major energy center of the body). The sacral chakra is all about our emotions, sensuality, pleasure, and creativity. This track will help you free any blocked or stagnant energy related to the sacral chakra, thereby allowing all of your emotions to flow, reconnecting you to your natural creativity, and experiencing more pleasure in every area of your life. When the sacral chakra is open and balanced, we feel in harmony with the natural cycles of our lives, flowing through life with ease and grace, and feeling more passionate and creative. Hello my name is Heather and I'm so happy and grateful that you're joining me today for this Sacral Chakra Healing Meditation.

Our chakras are major energy centers of the body.

They're sort of like energetic junctions that metabolize all of our experiences.

When they are open and functioning optimally we can allow ourselves to fully feel the whole spectrum of human emotions and always come back to a grounded peaceful and content state.

But when we've had challenging experiences sometimes some of the chakras can get a little blocked or distorted and that can create energetic blockages that result in emotional difficulties and eventually maybe even some physical issues in the body.

The good news is that when we begin to pay attention to our needs and to take good care of ourselves as you're doing right now we can always heal these energy centers.

The sacral chakra is located just below the belly button and it is all about our emotions,

Sensuality,

Pleasure and creativity.

If it's blocked we can have difficulty expressing our emotions.

We can feel blocked creatively or experience issues in our closest relationships.

Physical problems in the body resulting from a blocked or distorted sacral chakra include issues with the hips,

The lower back,

Reproductive organs and the bladder.

This meditation will help you to free any blocked or stagnant energy related to the sacral chakra.

At the end I'll offer some powerful healing affirmations.

You can repeat the affirmations out loud if you like or silently in your mind or you can also just let my words wash over you as your subconscious mind absorbs their healing energy.

For you to get the most out of this meditation it's really important that you allow yourself to fully feel anything that may come to the surface as you listen to the words and connect with yourself.

There is never any right or wrong way to feel during meditation however you feel know that it's absolutely normal and healthy.

Your emotional experience whatever it is is always valid.

When we allow ourselves to truly feel we free that energy enabling us to return to our natural connected state of inner peace.

So let's get started.

Sit or lie down in a comfortable position.

Let your arms feel loose and heavy.

Your hands resting gently in your lap or by your side.

Take a nice deep breath in and release that breath slowly as you do so allowing the muscles in and around your eyes to soften.

Relax as you let your eyes gently float closed.

Take another long slow deep breath in and breathe out slowly letting go of anything that is not serving you in this moment.

This is your time to relax and just be.

There is nowhere else you need to be.

Nothing else you need to do right now.

So just allow yourself to relax more and more deeply as you rest your attention gently on the sound of my voice.

And just notice your breath without trying to change it in any way without trying to do anything at all.

Just notice the natural rhythm of your breath.

What do you notice as you bring your attention to your breath?

Are there any sensations on your skin as you breathe?

What is the temperature of your breath like?

What is the rate of your breathing?

And I wonder if you can see if you can comfortably slow your breathing down just a little bit.

Allow your in-breath to be a little deeper.

Allow your out-breath to be a little longer.

That's perfect.

Bring your attention to your feet now and see if you can feel your feet in any way.

As always there is no right or wrong way to feel this.

We're just increasing our capacity for awareness.

See if you can be aware of your feet.

And now imagine planting those strong roots down into Mother Earth to ground and support you.

Your roots tap deep down into the nurturing Earth and you can imagine with your next in-breath that you are drawing up this powerful,

Supportive energy from the Earth.

However you prefer to imagine this is the right way for you.

You can see,

Hear or feel this loving energy being drawn up into your energetic body with every breath.

Feeling more and more grounded,

Present,

Alive.

The light travels through your root chakra and up to your sacral chakra.

Bring your attention gently to this area just below the belly button.

The location of the sacral chakra.

I invite you to imagine a wheel or vortex of warm orange light.

Spinning just below your navel in a clockwise direction.

This orange spinning wheel grows stronger and brighter as it draws in the universal life force energy from the Earth up through the root chakra.

I'm going to leave you with the music for a couple of minutes as you allow yourself to experience this in whatever way you need to today.

Remember to resist nothing and let everything flow.

Any ideas,

Insights,

Emotions.

Please give yourself the space and kindness to feel or experience anything that is for you today.

After two minutes I will come back and repeat some powerful healing affirmations to help open and align the sacral chakra.

I'm going to begin with the affirmations now.

You can repeat them after me if you like.

Out loud or silently in your head.

Or you can just allow the words to wash over you as your subconscious mind absorbs them.

I allow pleasure to flow in all areas of my life.

I deserve joy.

I deserve to play and have fun.

I am so creative.

I was born to create.

I trust in the natural cycles and rhythms of life.

I enjoy a healthy balance between work and my close relationships.

My relationships are healthy and nurturing.

I feel safe communicating my needs and desires.

I enjoy my life.

I trust and allow my life to flow with ease and grace.

I invite you to stay in this space of connected awareness for as long as you like.

Enjoy knowing that just by bringing awareness to your sacral chakra you've practiced an act of self-kindness and self-care and that is so important.

We all deserve our own loving kindness and care.
