This meditation uses a combination of relaxation and mindfulness techniques, with visualisation and affirmations to gently heal, open and balance the root chakra (the first major energy centre of the body). The root chakra is all about our identity, stability, security and safety in the world. This track will help you to free any blocked or stagnant energy related to the root chakra, thereby helping you to reduce fear and anxiety and to foster feelings of security and safety. When the root chakra is open and balanced we feel present and grounded, have plenty of energy and vitality and feel a strong connection to the Earth, and to our physical life experience here and now.
