Full Chakra Healing Meditation
This chakra healing meditation with affirmations is designed to help you feel more grounded, balanced and aligned. We start with some basic mindfulness to come into the present moment and connect with the body, then you will be guided to gently bring your attention to each of the seven chakras (major energy centres in the body). For each chakra I offer healing affirmations to help you free any blocked energy. Please allow any emotions that may come up to be present. However you feel, know that it is normal and healthy. When you allow yourself to feel, you free that energy, enabling you to return to your natural connected state of inner peace. This track complements my course – A Healing Journey Through the Chakras. Hello,
My name is Heather Dean and I'm so happy to be your guide for this meditation designed to heal and balance the chakras.
Thank you for being here.
The chakras are seven major energy centers of the body.
They're a bit like energetic junctions that metabolize our experience and sometimes due to difficult life experiences that led to painful emotions like fear,
Anger,
Sadness or doubt they can become a little blocked or distorted and when that happens the emotions or energy can get a little stuck in our bodies and that in turn leads to problems.
Psychological issues like anxiety or depression for example and eventually even physical issues.
For a deep dive into each of the chakras one by one you can check out my course here on Insight Timer,
A Healing Journey Through the Chakras.
For today we're going to do a full but fairly quick tune-up of all the chakras one by one.
Your seven major chakras extend from the base of the spine,
The root chakra,
All the way up to the top of the head,
The crown chakra.
The term chakra means wheel in Sanskrit and you can think of these energy centers as spinning wheels of bright light.
Each of the seven chakras is associated with a specific color and I'll guide you through the colors as we go along helping you to visualize each chakra opening and balancing like a beautiful lotus.
For each chakra I'll offer some powerful healing affirmations designed to help you free any blocked or stagnant energy associated with that chakra.
You can repeat the affirmations out loud if you like or silently in your mind or you can just allow my words to wash over you as your subconscious mind absorbs their healing energy.
For you to get the most out of this meditation it is very important that you allow yourself to fully feel absolutely anything that comes to the surface as you listen to the words and connect and connect with yourself.
There is never any right or wrong way to feel during meditation.
However you feel know that it's completely normal and healthy.
Your emotional experience whatever it is is always valid.
When you allow yourself to truly feel you free that energy enabling you to return to your natural connected state of inner peace.
So go ahead and find yourself in a nice comfortable position.
You can be either seated or lying down for this meditation.
If you're seated your shoulders should be down and relaxed.
I invite you to just let your eyes float closed,
Drift closed as you take this time to bring your attention gently inwards and just notice how your body feels in this moment.
Bring your awareness to your forehead and make sure it's nice and relaxed.
Relax all the muscles in your jaw,
Your neck,
Your back and your stomach and see if you notice any physical sensations present in your body.
Can you just allow them to be there?
We're going to take three deep conscious breaths together as we bring our awareness more and more to our internal state.
We're going to breathe in through the nose to the count of four and take a slightly longer out breath through the nose to the count of six.
Extending the out breath in this way stimulates the vagus nerve and brings us into a more relaxed,
Calm,
Connected state.
I'll guide you through.
So take a nice deep breath in two,
Three,
Four and a long slow breath out two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six and again breathe in two,
Three,
Four and breathe out two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six and one last time together a nice deep breath in two,
Three,
Four and exhale two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six and now just relax completely.
Let your breath flow naturally and easily.
Bring your attention to the base of your spine.
This is the location of the first chakra,
The root chakra.
The root chakra is all about our identity,
Stability,
Security and safety in the world.
I invite you to imagine a wheel or vortex of bright red light spinning at the base of your spine in a clockwise direction.
Allow the following words to wash over you as if they were your own words or repeat them out loud or silently in your mind.
I am safe.
I deserve to feel safe,
Secure and peaceful.
I am grounded in mother earth.
I belong here.
The universe wants me here.
I'm exactly where I'm meant to be.
All is well.
Moving up to the second chakra,
The sacral chakra.
This is located just below your belly button and this chakra is all about our emotions,
Sensuality,
Pleasure and creativity.
I invite you to imagine a wheel of warm orange light spinning just below your navel in a clockwise direction.
I allow pleasure to flow in all areas of my life.
I deserve joy.
I deserve to play and have fun.
I am creative.
I was born to create.
I trust in the natural cycles and rhythms of life.
My relationships are healthy and nurturing.
The third chakra is the solar plexus chakra.
This is located a few inches above the belly button just below the solar plexus.
This chakra relates to our sense of self,
Self-worth,
Self-belief,
Self-esteem,
Confidence,
Self-care,
All those lovely self words.
It also relates to our personality and authenticity and to our sense of purpose in the world.
So with your attention resting on this area a few inches above the belly button I invite you to imagine a wheel of vibrant golden yellow light spinning here in a clockwise direction.
I am authentic and true to who I really am.
I choose to love and accept myself exactly as I am.
I am unique and amazing.
I know my worth.
I trust myself.
I believe in myself.
I stand strong in my power.
The fourth chakra is the heart chakra and this is our center for love,
Kindness and compassion.
I invite you to imagine a wheel or vortex of emerald green light spinning in the center of your heart space in a clockwise direction.
This green spinning vortex grows stronger and brighter and it helps your heart to open,
To feel deeply and to be present with whatever may be here for you today.
And I invite you to just allow yourself to feel without trying necessarily to understand or justify,
Reason or explain.
See if you can just notice how your heart feels and allow it.
The emotions you feel could be difficult or enjoyable and if you were to do this again tomorrow it could be completely different or the same.
There is no way this is supposed to go,
We're just being present with our heart and allowing it to feel,
Giving it the loving attention it deserves.
If there should be anything weighing your heart down at this time you are free to release it now in this space of loving awareness.
Breathe out any heaviness,
Any pain or resentment with each conscious exhale.
And with each inhale breathe in love,
Light,
Forgiveness and peace.
I invite you to send loving kindness to yourself at this time,
To the now version of you and whatever you may be experiencing right now.
To all the past versions of you and everything you've overcome to be here now and to the future version of you who is so grateful to you for doing this work.
I am kind and compassionate to all including and especially myself.
I know that all love starts with loving myself and I know that I deserve my own love.
I am worthy and gratefully accept all the love and kindness I receive.
I know there is a constant stream of love available to me at all times and all I have to do is allow it.
I am loving and deeply lovable.
I am love.
The fifth chakra is the throat chakra and it relates to our communication and self-expression to our ability to speak our truth authentically.
At the same time being able to welcome and hold space for the needs and emotions of others.
I invite you to imagine a wheel or vortex of beautiful sky blue light spinning in your throat space in a clockwise direction.
I speak my truth from the heart.
I have a powerful voice and the courage and confidence to use it.
It is safe for me to speak my truth.
It is safe for me to express myself and how I truly feel.
I listen to others with an open heart and mind.
I express my creativity and use my voice to birth new ideas.
The sixth chakra is the third eye chakra.
It is located in the middle of the forehead just above the eyebrows.
This is our center of inner vision and knowing.
It's about our intuition,
Imagination and perception.
And we need this chakra open and balanced for effective manifestation.
So bring your attention to this space in the center of your forehead.
And I invite you to imagine a wheel of deep indigo light spinning here in a clockwise direction.
I am highly enjoying this space.
I am spinning here in a clockwise direction.
I am highly intuitive.
I trust my inner knowing and guidance.
I have the power to create a life I love.
I can be,
Do and have anything my heart desires.
I am a powerful co-creator.
I easily attract and allow everything that is meant for me.
All my blessings are divinely protected.
The seventh and last chakra is the crown chakra.
It is a beautiful bright violet color.
But you may also visualize white or golden light in this spinning sphere.
The crown chakra sits just above the top of your head and is our center of awareness,
Connection to source and consciousness.
You can see the crown chakra as being your point of connection to the universal energy of all that is.
I am always connected to source.
I am connected to the energy of all that is.
I am pure awareness.
I am expanded consciousness.
I deserve to experience divine bliss and peace in my life.
I am one with all of creation.
This meditation is coming to a close.
But I invite you to stay in this space of connected awareness for as long as you like.
Enjoy knowing that just by bringing awareness to each of the chakras you are now more connected to the universe.
More balanced,
Grounded and aligned.
If you enjoyed this meditation and would like to explore the chakras and do some deeper energetic healing work you can find my course on my profile A Healing Journey Through The Chakras.

I wish you a beautiful day or night and we'll connect again soon.
