This is a simple grounding practice that you can return to any time you’re about to eat. Starts with coming into presence and awareness, connecting with the feeling of gratitude, and ends with setting the intention that the food you’re about to eat will nourish your body and support your health and wellbeing in the best possible way. Mindful eating encourages healthier choices, enhances the pleasure of eating and can even aid digestion. Let’s slow down, eat with intention, and savour every bite. Bon appétit!
