Let's do a really quick mindful practice to connect to the energy of gratitude for the food you're about to enjoy and set a short intention you can gently close your eyes for a moment if you like or you can leave them open taking a cleansing deep breath in and releasing it slowly as we come into presence and stillness and just connecting to the vibration of gratitude and appreciation for the food you're about to enjoy thank you to everyone and for everything that made it possible for this nourishing food to arrive on your plate today thank you for the sun,
Water,
The air and nourishment from the earth that miraculously enabled this food to grow thank you to the people who dedicate their life's work to cultivating and nurturing this food to anyone who transported the food or worked in a store to enable you to buy it and thank you for all the money,
Time and energy that enabled this food to be in front of you just feeling so much gratitude in your heart for all of it and just setting the intention that this food nurtures and sustains your good health and well-being in the best possible way when you begin eating in a moment you enjoy remaining present and aware eating nice and slowly and appreciating everything you eat and drink with all of your senses enjoying the way the food looks,
Smells,
