This meditation is designed to guide you down into a deep restorative sleep, at the same time rewiring your subconscious mind to help you achieve and maintain healthy eating habits, a positive body image and to reach your ideal healthy body weight. It will help you release any resistance around weight loss, all whilst learning to love and accept yourself exactly as you are right now. For best results, listen every day for at least 21 days so that the affirmations create new neural pathways in the brain. The affirmations are intentionally quieter to allow you to sleep. Our subconscious mind is always listening, so the affirmations will have a positive impact, even if you’re sleeping deeply and can’t hear them consciously. Hello this is Heather Dean and I'm so happy and grateful to be here with you to guide you in this sleep meditation with affirmations for healthy weight loss.
Please only listen when you're ready to sleep and it is safe to do so.
We're going to start with some deep relaxation techniques and once you're in a calm peaceful state and your subconscious mind is open to suggestions that it recognizes as being for your highest good I'll offer some powerful affirmations to help you to easily meet your healthy weight goals.
This meditation is designed specifically for anyone whose health would benefit from weight loss.
The affirmations will also help with maintaining a healthy weight and will support you in keeping a healthy body image,
In loving yourself exactly as you are right now.
And this can sound a little counterintuitive.
A track that is about self-acceptance exactly as we are and yet also helps us to transform physically.
But in truth in order to lovingly and healthily change our physical bodies self-acceptance is absolutely key.
For best results I invite you to listen to this track every night for at least 21 days.
This is the time that neuroscience tells us it takes to wire in new neural pathways in the brain to create long-lasting change in our minds and therefore in our physical bodies too.
Please don't worry if you fall asleep before the affirmations start.
Your subconscious mind is always listening so they will still do their magic even if you're sleeping deeply.
So please make yourself as comfortable as you possibly can ready for deep relaxation and sleep.
Make sure that you are warm enough,
That you have any comfy pillows or blankets you need and just take a moment to come into presence and gentle self-awareness right here right now with me.
There is nothing else you need to do,
Nowhere else you need to be so you are free to relax and just be.
And if at any time you want to change your position to make yourself even more comfortable please do so.
This is your time,
You are completely free and always in control.
Let's begin by connecting with the stillness of the energy of the night by starting with a few conscious deep breaths.
And while we take these deep breaths together I'd like to invite you to roll your eyes right up almost as if you were looking into your own eyebrows or up towards your third eye chakra.
This action of rolling our eyes right up has been scientifically proven to create little bursts of alpha brain waves which in turn lead us to feeling calmer,
More relaxed and more connected with ourselves.
And you may have noticed that babies naturally do this just before they drift off to sleep.
It's possible that you could find the action of rolling your eyes up just slightly uncomfortable but we're only going to do this for three breaths.
Then we'll relax the eyes completely and close them and your eyeballs can go wherever they like.
If you should happen to find this too uncomfortable then please don't do it.
You can absolutely follow the rest of the meditation with us without this action if you prefer.
You can still do the three deep breaths.
So are you ready to try this with me?
Okay so go ahead now and just roll your eyeballs right up as if you were looking up at your own eyebrows.
Keep your chin down and relaxed.
We're just moving the eyes here.
Now take a long slow deep breath in and breathe out.
We're going to do that again keeping your eyes rolled up.
Let's take a second deep breath in and breathe out slowly.
And one last time with your eyes right up and every time you blink you're drifting deeper into relaxation.
Take a deep breath in and breathe out.
That's perfect and now just let your eyes drift closed,
Float closed.
Let your eyes relax completely and all the tiny muscles in and around your eyes let go,
Let loose and you're already feeling more and more relaxed.
That's wonderful.
You're doing so well.
Now let your breathing return to a natural relaxed rhythm and just drop your chin very slightly almost as if you were looking over a balcony or down a flight of stairs.
I want you to imagine that there are ten steps in front of you and these steps are well lit,
Safe and they lead to a beautiful place where you feel completely relaxed,
Very peaceful,
Safe and secure.
This could be a real place or somewhere completely imagined.
Maybe it's a room or a beach or a garden.
It could be absolutely anywhere you feel peaceful and would love to be.
I'm going to guide you down the steps and you'll go deeper and deeper into a very pleasant and deep state of relaxation.
You are completely safe and always in control.
You are free to bring yourself easily back to full consciousness at any time if you should want or need to.
I invite you to imagine you are moving on to step 10 as you begin to feel more and more relaxed.
You can see your feet,
Hear your feet and even feel your feet moving on to step 9 as you go even deeper into relaxation.
You're moving on to step 8,
Going deeper into this blissful awareness of yourself with every heartbeat.
You're taking step 7,
Feeling more and more relaxed as you focus your attention on the sound of my voice.
You're taking step 6,
Going deeper into this calm,
Peaceful state of awareness and it feels wonderful.
You're taking step 5,
You are already halfway down and when you reach the bottom you'll be at least twice as relaxed as you are already.
You're taking step 4 as every muscle,
Every nerve lets loose and you go deeper.
You're taking step 3,
Feeling incredibly calm and peaceful and maybe your arms or legs are starting to feel just a little heavier now.
You're taking step 2,
Going deeper and deeper into relaxation.
You're taking step 1,
Just go deeper,
Sink deeper,
Drift deeper and deeper into this blissful connection with yourself,
With your own inner peace.
That's perfect,
You're doing so well and now that you're at the bottom of these steps you see two paths stretching out in front of you.
The path on the left is the one you've taken in the past,
It's the path that led you to where you are today and if you change nothing your life will continue as it is.
The path on the right is different,
This path looks so much more inviting,
Your intuition is calling you forward towards this path on the right.
This is the path to adventure,
Exploration and it leads to a future version of you who already exists in another quantum reality.
This future you is happier and healthier,
They are smiling and their energy is peaceful and relaxed.
Their skin glows with health and vitality and they are already your ideal healthy body weight.
Just notice the clothes they are wearing,
Notice how confident they look,
How relaxed.
This future version of you is calling you forward now and you are choosing to take this path on the right.
This path that will take you closer to this future version of you.
All you have to do is take the first step and this path begins with loving and accepting yourself exactly as you are right now in this current physical reality.
Because our love for ourselves and for every part of ourselves,
Every single cell has to be unconditional.
Your amazing body is a complex living community of around 30 trillion cells.
In a population of that size it's perfectly natural that maybe not every individual is functioning optimally but every cell nevertheless is part of the whole and so deserves your loving attention regardless.
We need to choose to love every cell even if it's not behaving the way we'd like it to behave.
We can still choose love,
Kindness and self-acceptance because the parts of ourselves that are the hardest to love,
Those are the parts that we need to love the hardest.
I'm going to start repeating the affirmations now.
You don't need to try to concentrate on my words.
You don't need to try to sleep.
You don't need to try to do anything at all right now.
You can just let my words wash over you as you drift off to a deep,
Restorative and peaceful sleep whenever is the right time for you.
You choose to fully accept and love all of your body exactly as it is right now.
You know that you deserve your own unconditional love and kindness.
You are choosing to support your body with kind loving thoughts every day.
Your body is responding perfectly.
You are slimming with more and more ease with every day that passes.
Any cells that are not supporting you are easily,
Effortlessly releasing,
Letting go,
Dropping away.
You love eating healthy foods that are good for your body.
You easily tune in to your intuition.
You listen to your body and enjoy eating the right foods that support your health and wellness.
You love eating lots of healthy,
Fresh fruit and vegetables.
You are feeling more and more excited and enthusiastic about eating healthy foods that are good for your body.
You love drinking lots of fresh,
Healthy,
Clear water to support your slimming journey.
Every cell of your body is vibrating at the frequency of love,
Health and vitality.
You love moving your body.
You move your body with more and more ease every day.
You are feeling enthusiastic about exercising.
It feels amazing to move your body.
You are feeling more and more energized,
Vital,
Healthy and strong in your body.
You are shedding weight with more and more ease.
Any excess weight is dropping away effortlessly.
You are releasing any past pain,
Any old stories that no longer serve you and you naturally release any weight that is not serving your highest good at the same time.
You are letting go of the past.
Letting go of any cycles,
Connections,
Programs and limiting beliefs and as you do so you easily and naturally let go of any and all excess weight.
Your body is slimming with more and more ease until you reach your ideal healthy weight.
You can see yourself wearing the clothes that you want to wear.
Feeling confident in your beautiful body.
Smiling and feeling great now that you've let go of this weight.
You know that you deserve perfect health and perfect energy.
You deserve a body that pleases you.
Your energy is vital,
Balanced and radiant.
Now that you're choosing to eat the right healthy foods for your body you have so much energy.
You love making healthy choices for your body.
You love choosing to eat the foods that help your body function at its best.
Your amazing body knows what you need for optimal health.
You listen to your body and take care of it the best way you can every day.
You move your body more and more every day until you reach the optimal level of exercise for your health and well-being.
You love being on this journey to better health and fitness.
You take the time you need to relax and rest your body and mind.
Your amazing body knows how to slim naturally.
You feel strong and powerful in your incredible body.
You sleep with more and more tranquility and as you sleep you slim.
You get to sleep easily and you sleep peacefully right through.
Only waking when you need to.

I slept well while listening subconsciously to this meditation. I listened to it a second time while working out in the morning and loved all the positive body imaging words used.
