Because the subconscious mind is always listening, these affirmations will continue to support you even as you sleep, helping rewire any limiting patterns and strengthen your natural intuition. Hello and welcome to this deep sleep meditation to awaken your intuition and connect you to your own powerful inner guidance.

My name's Heather,

Thank you so much for being here.

This meditation has been designed to guide you down into a very deep state of both mental and physical relaxation.

So please only listen when you're ready for sleep and it is completely safe to do so.

We're going to start by using the breath to anchor into the body and into this present moment.

Then I'll guide you to gently align each of the chakras,

These seven major energy centers of the body.

And then we'll bring our focus to the third eye,

Anya chakra,

Which is the seat of our intuition and connection to the subconscious mind.

I'll invite you to do a visualization with me to strengthen your connection to your inner guidance and then you'll hear a series of powerful affirmations to awaken your intuition.

And don't worry if you're already asleep when these affirmations start.

Your subconscious mind is always listening,

Even when you're asleep.

So the words will still have a powerful positive impact and you'll wake up in the morning feeling a little more clarity,

A little more trust in yourself,

Which translates into more confidence,

Peace and tranquility throughout your day.

Our subconscious mind,

Which guides so much of our feelings and behavior learns by repetition.

So it's great to listen to these affirmations every day for at least 21 days to lay down new neural pathways and create lasting change in the mind and body.

So just settle in,

Make sure you're nice and comfortable,

Lying down,

Nice and cozy,

Ready for sleep.

All of your doing for the day is over.

This is your sacred time and all you need to do is allow yourself to let go,

Rest and surrender to sleep.

When sleep comes to you,

There's nothing you need to try to make happen.

You can just be here and now,

With your attention resting gently on my words.

And if you notice your mind has wandered,

That's okay.

When you notice,

Just bring your attention gently back to the sound of my voice.

In a moment,

I'll invite you to roll your eyes right up as if you were looking up towards your third eye,

Located in the center of your forehead between the eyebrows.

The reason we do this is that this action creates little bursts of alpha brainwaves that lead us to feel calmer,

More relaxed and inwardly focused.

We'll keep the eyes rolled up for three deep breaths and then we'll be relaxing the eyes completely and closing them down.

So go ahead now and roll your eyes right up as if you were looking up towards your third eye.

Take a nice deep breath in through your nose and breathe out slowly through the mouth.

That's wonderful.

Take another deep breath in through the nose and release it slowly.

And one last time with the eyes rolled up,

Another deep breath in and release the breath slowly through the mouth.

Now let your eyes float closed,

Drift closed,

Allowing all the tiny muscles in and around your eyes to soften.

Let go.

Relax completely.

Taking these deep,

Slow breaths stimulates the vagus nerve and lowers our heart rate.

When we breathe more slowly,

We're enabling our parasympathetic nervous system to move us naturally towards rest and restoration,

Ready for sleep.

And so maybe you're already beginning to feel more and more relaxed,

Peaceful,

Connected to yourself.

I invite you to bring your attention to your feet.

See if you can focus all your awareness on the tips of your toes.

Noticing any sensations here,

Perhaps a very subtle feeling of aliveness in the toes.

Bring your attention now to the soles of your feet,

Your heels,

Tops of the feet.

Noticing all the while any subtle changes in energy as you move your awareness around in this way.

Notice the space around your feet.

And now bring your attention up to the ankles,

Lower legs,

Your calves,

The contact they make with the bed.

Noticing any sensations that may be present.

Just witnessing,

Allowing sensations without labelling them as good or bad.

Just being aware.

Move your awareness up to the knees,

Backs of the knees,

Your upper legs,

Back of the legs.

Allowing the legs to feel heavier as you relax even more and sink into the bed.

Held safely by this gentle pull of gravity.

Bring your awareness up to your pelvis and stomach.

Breathing relaxation into the stomach.

Feeling any tension melt away.

Bring your attention to your lower back,

Middle of the back.

Noticing any micro areas of tension.

Releasing and relaxing any resistance.

Letting go.

Come up to your shoulders.

Noticing how your shoulders are resting.

And see if you can relax them even more.

Let them feel even heavier.

More at ease.

Bring your attention to your chest.

The space inside your chest.

Your heart open at ease.

Now come to your arms.

Your upper arms.

The elbows.

Lower arms.

Your wrists.

Your right hand.

Fingers on the right hand.

And the space around your fingers.

Bringing your attention over to the left hand.

Fingers on the left hand.

The space around your fingers.

Now bring your attention back up to your head.

Neck loose.

Relaxed.

Jaw soft.

Deeply relaxed.

Notice any tiny sensations in or around the mouth.

The lips.

Come to the nose.

The very tip of your nose.

Seeing if you can focus all of your awareness on the tip of your nose.

The cheeks.

Cheekbones.

Ears.

Earlobes.

Bring your attention to your eyes.

Notice how your eyes are soft.

Gently resting.

Eyelashes.

Eyebrows.

All the muscles in and around the eyes.

Completely relaxed.

Loose.

At ease.

Notice your forehead.

The top of the head.

Any sensations around the head.

The entire body now.

Feeling so relaxed.

Heavy.

And calm.

I invite you to bring your awareness to the base of the spine.

The root chakra.

And see a red glowing light here.

You are grounded and connected to the earth.

You are safe.

Come up to the sacral chakra.

Just below the belly button.

And see a wheel of orange light.

Knowing that you are a powerful co-creator.

Come up to the solar plexus chakra.

Just below the solar plexus.

And see a yellow vortex of light.

Shining here brightly.

The chakra open and balanced.

Up to the heart.

Heart chakra open.

Lit up a beautiful emerald green.

Love emanating from this space.

Flowing freely to and from your beautiful heart.

Up to the throat chakra.

A wheel of sky blue light.

Glowing at the throat.

Up again to the third eye.

At the centre of the forehead.

Above the eyebrows.

And for now moving up to the crown chakra.

Just above the top of your head.

I invite you to imagine a bright gold or violet light spinning here.

Drawing down life force energy from the divine.

This is your connection to spirit.

Feel the light pouring down and around your whole body.

You are supported.

You are guided.

Now come back down to the third eye chakra.

And rest your attention here.

This is the seat of our intuition.

Our inner knowing.

Our perception beyond the five senses.

Portal into the unconscious.

See,

Feel or imagine a wheel of deep indigo light.

Spinning here in a clockwise direction.

Notice how the light may pulse.

Change shape or size.

Notice if the colour changes.

Or if any additional colours appear.

Any patterns or forms.

This chakra governs our perception of ourselves.

Of others and of the world around us.

It's our gateway to the unseen or the not yet seen.

What do we see,

Hear,

Feel or just know that is not yet here in our physical reality?

When we truly connect with ourselves and open up to the messages that are here for us.

We begin to feel that we're being quietly and lovingly pulled towards that which the universe wants us to create.

What are our hearts calling us to manifest?

We are always guided by our higher selves.

That part of us that is in constant connection to spirit.

That part of us that knows the path for our highest good.

For our soul's greatest expansion and evolution.

We need to have a vision for what we wish to create.

To perceive it and feel it before it gets here.

So that it can manifest through us.

So what are you calling in?

What is your soul asking you to pay attention to in this moment?

I invite you to just be open to receiving any messages that might be here for you today.

And without expecting any answers.

Because sometimes we don't receive answers.

And sometimes we do.

So without any expectations.

I invite you to repeat with me.

Silently in your mind.

But remember that any answers from spirit or your higher self.

And remember you can just let the words wash over you.

You don't need to focus your mind for these words to have a powerful impact on your subconscious.

The more we relax the conscious mind.

The more we open the subconscious.

So just relax and let go as you hear these words.

Your third eye is wide open.

And you are noticing with more and more ease and joy.

All the messages that are offered to you every day.

You receive insight and wisdom every day.

That helps you to trust in your path.

You are right where you're meant to be.

With each day that passes that you listen to this recording.

You feel more and more clarity.

More and more trust of yourself.

You have an incredible imagination.

You see more clearly what you are being lovingly called towards by your higher self.

You have a clear vision of the life you want to co-create.

You see clearly the life experiences you're being called forth to manifest.

You are highly intuitive.

You listen to your intuition.

You listen to your body.

You listen to the whispers and signs from spirit.

You are guided by love.

Loving guidance is all around you.

You feel so grateful for all the divine support you see,

Hear and notice more and more every day.

You notice signs from spirit that guide you on the path for your highest good.

You're amazed by how the more you become aware of the support and guidance that is here for you.

The more support and guidance you receive.

You trust your inner knowing and guidance.

You know you are always surrounded by love and light.

Open to receiving messages from your higher self and your spirit team.

You listen to the messages you receive.

And they guide you to create a life you truly love.

You are a powerful co-creator.

You have the power to create the life of your dreams when you listen to your intuition and follow your heart's desires.

You can be,

Do and have anything you wish when your desires are aligned with the desires of the universe.

You are a channel for love and light.

When you align with your higher self you easily attract to you everything that is for you.

You are manifesting all the goodness you deserve in every area of your life now.

Your third eye is opening,

Awakening more and more every time you listen to this recording.

You have more clarity,

Feeling calm,

Confident,

Trusting life.

Trusting your inner knowing and your power to create.

You see clearly now your beautiful future with all the blessings you deserve.

All of your blessings are divinely protected.

What is for you cannot pass you by.

You trust the universe.

You are manifesting everything that is for you.

Seeing the path ahead so clearly now,

Guided every step of the way.

Your intuition is calling you toward everything you need and desire.

All your needs are met with ease and grace.

You receive inspiration from the universe.

You see your path,

Your passion,

Your purpose.

You clearly envisage your amazing life,

Giving and receiving in perfect harmony.

Your third eye is balanced,

Open,

Aligned.

You are powerfully aware of your intuition,
