Heather is a somatic healing arts practitioner employing Breath, Meditation, Yoga, Alexander-inspired Techniques for Functional Alignment, Voice and Acting process. She holds an MFA from Yale Drama School; is Certified Associate Teacher of Fitzmaurice Voicework(C); and Experienced-Registered Yoga Teacher and Continuing Education Provider for the Yoga Alliance. She is founder and lead trainer of Kalinanda(c) 200HR yoga teacher training at the YouAreLove Yoga School, accredited with the yoga alliance. Heather is currently earning her MS in CMHC for Social Justice, specializing in marginalized stress & trauma ('22).
