Today, instead of immediately letting go, we settle into the moment just before the surrender. We use tantra to instill immense presence and invocation through the grace and healing of the Chinese goddess, Quan Yin. We use her compassionate heart to open up the feelings in our body, and we sit with the discomfort (disgust, jealousy, fear, anger, anxiety, etc.) that arises. Instead of looking at our pain as tragic or hopeless, we see it as the doorway to our most loving self. This is a transformative 15-minute meditation, and it ends with an integration to soak up all the goodness. We walk away in awe of what the body is truly capable of enduring.
