So now I'd like to start with a nice deep breath into your nose.

We'll hold,

Extend the stomach,

And as we exhale,

Bring your stomach all the way back to your spine.

And feel all the air come out,

And we'll hold again before we start normal breathing.

So together we will do this with a deep breath in through the nose.

.

.

.

As we hold our breath in,

And feel the oxygen in our bodies,

You'll feel your heart beat stronger.

When your heart is beating,

It's pumping the blood.

It's pumping the oxygen through your entire system,

Allowing the oxygen in the blood to reach your feet,

To reach the tips of your hands.

Those of you that might have bad circulation,

Breath work is powerful for this.

We will take another deep breath in through our nose.

Hold.

And this time as you exhale,

Just let out your breath,

However feels natural to you.

There's no right or wrong way to do this.

And as you do this,

You will feel your body sink deeper.

So we'll do that now.

.

.

.

.

.

.

With breath comes relaxation.

When you find your mind running in chaos,

When you feel that you don't have clarity,

When you feel moments of stress,

And tension,

And angst,

Breath will bring you peace.

Breath will bring you back to the present,

Back to deep presence,

And back to yourself at peace.

So now,

We'll take another deep breath in through our nose.

Hold for several seconds.

Visualize the oxygen swirling to the tips of your toes,

To the tips of your fingers,

And in a circle through your whole entire core.

And as you exhale,

You are blowing out everything that no longer serves you.

You were blowing out yesterday.

You were blowing out every moment prior to this very moment that we are in.

And we will sink deeper into relaxation.

.

.

.

.

.

.

You will find that with every breath that we take,

Every exhale that we make,

Our body releases more and more tension.

It releases the strain and the pressure that we carry with us in every moment.

Now we'll take another deep breath in through the nose.

And this time,

I want you to feel the oxygen swirl in a perfect circle,

From one side of your body to the other,

Like a whirlpool is going through your whole entire body,

Circulating new oxygen to areas that haven't felt new oxygen in a long time.

Now we will take a deep breath in.

.

.

.

.

.

.

When our mind is foggy,

When our mind isn't clear,

This could be due to the lack of oxygen that you have in your body.

This is a real,

Stale movement.

And as you create that new current of oxygen,

You push and clean that dirty air right out of you.

Take this deep breath in.

Again,

I want you to feel your stomach completely extend.

As you're holding the oxygen in,

This time feel that oxygen swirling at the root of your spine.

Feel where your spine connects with the ground.

Feel your spine connect with everything beneath it.

And visualize the oxygen clearing through the spine as you hold your breath for just a moment.

And as you take a deep exhale,

You blow out all of the dense energy that was sitting at the bottom of your spine to make room for clarity.

.

.

.

.

.

.

As you completely exhale,

And you feel your stomach pull into your spine as you blow the air out,

Sit with that moment of no breath and feel the presence of right now.

Now,

We'll move up.

And as you bring your attention and your awareness to your stomach,

To your navel,

And as you take this deep breath in,

Imagine the oxygen swirling inside your stomach,

Clearing out whatever it is that we're carrying with us.

And as you exhale,

Blow out that which no longer serves your stomach.

We'll do that together.

.

.

.

.

.

.

With each breath we exhale,

We sink deeper and deeper into relaxation.

When our mind is relaxed,

Our body heals.

When our mind is at peace,

Our bodies are at peace.

Now,

Yeah,

So we bring our awareness to the area below our ribcage.

And as we take a deep breath in,

We visualize that oxygen clearing out that which no longer serves us.

And as we take a deep exhale,

Bring your stomach all the way back to your spine and sit with no breath.

.

.

.

.

.

.

As you sit with this presence,

Your heartbeat may have picked up,

And that is okay,

For it is allowing the oxygen in the blood to flow through your body.

And with this next breath,

We bring our awareness to the area of our heart.

And I ask again that we visualize the oxygen clearing through the heart,

Clearing out the density,

Clearing out the space,

Opening up for new oxygen and blood to flow through the heart.

Now we'll take another deep breath in through our nose and feel the oxygen through the heart.

.

.

.

.

.

.

The more we breathe,

The more clarity we bring to our minds,

The more mobility we bring to our muscles,

To our joints.

That is why those of us who stretch and do yoga,

Breath is so important,

Because it creates the space inside your body.

When there's space,

It allows for things to move.

Next,

For this next breath,

I ask that you bring your attention,

Your focus to your throat.

.

.

.

.

.

.

The more you breathe,

The deeper the breaths,

And the longer you hold your breath,

The more oxygen is retained inside your body,

Which will require you to breathe even less,

Because your body has enough oxygen to filter,

To filter through everything,

Through your cells,

Through your bones,

Through your mind.

This next breath will be brought to the head to focus on the area in between your eyebrows.

And as you take this deep breath in,

Allow the oxygen to swirl through your suit,

The sutures of your brain,

Through your skull,

Creating space and clarity.

.

.

.

.

.

.

You might feel your body becoming lighter.

You may feel your mind becoming more clear.

Oxygen powers our body.

Water powers our body.

And the conscious intake of both will create profound changes within your entire being.

So now,

I ask that you bring the awareness to the very tip top of your head.

Feel the open space above your mind,

And imagine a light coming in through the top,

A light of oxygen,

As you take in this next breath and filter it through your body.

.

.

.

.

.

.

As we find ourselves in the state of complete relaxation,

We find ourselves at peace.

For this next breath,

We will specifically focus on our feet.

Bring your awareness down to your feet as you take in this breath.

Imagine the circulation and the oxygen clearing out your feet and allowing it to relax after holding you all day.

.

.

.

And now,

I ask that we bring our awareness to our legs,

To our shins,

To our calves,

To our knees,

The lower part of our legs.

And we'll breathe fresh oxygen and allow our legs to sink deeper into relaxation.

.

.

.

.

.

.

So next we will take our breathing into our hamstrings,

Into our quads,

Into our glutes,

And allow the space to clear.

.

.

.

.

.

.

As we move on with the cleansing of our body and the enhancing of oxygen within our body,

We now bring our awareness to our entire torso,

Including our hips,

Our shoulders,

Our spine,

Our chest.

And with this deep breath,

Feel the oxygen swirl through everything.

Feel it swirl through your spines,

The transverse processes of the spine,

Every bone,

Every muscle.

Feel the oxygen release your tension.

.

.

.

.

.

.

When we hold our breath for that moment,

Your heart has the chance to be strong,

Allowing it to stay healthy,

To pump the entire filtration system inside of our vehicle.

We now bring our awareness to our arms,

Our entire arms,

From the tips of our hands to our shoulders.

Feel the oxygen circulate through all of it.

.

.

.

As we breathe,

I ask that you remember to extend your stomach as far out as it can go,

And as you exhale,

To bring your stomach as close to your spine as possible.

To fill your body with that relaxation,

The peace,

The calm,

Clarity.

So now we will visualize the whole entire body swirling with oxygen,

Your heart pumping,

And your body cleaning and clearing out all tension that no longer serves us.

All emotions that no longer serve us will be released through exhalation.

And with this big exhalation,

To just release it as loud as you like,

As quiet as you like,

But whatever feels the most comfortable for you.

For you know what is best for yourself.

.

.

.

.

.

.

Our body is present.

Our cells are active.

The oxygen is circulating through everything.

Your mental clarity is increasing.

Your energy levels are increasing.

With breath comes power.

In any moment of any day,

You could find the time to just take a deep breath in and blow out that which no longer serves you.

And when we do this,

We find ourselves at peace.

Whether it be in the car during traffic hour,

Whether it's stress from our work,

Whether it's a baby crying on an airplane,

Breath will bring you peace.

And we will take another deep breath in through our nose and exhale through our mouths and sit with no breath in presence for the completion of this breath work.

.

.

.

.

.

.

Remember,

There is no right or wrong time to breathe.

Breath is everything.

It's finding those times during any point of the day to bring yourself back to your center,

To bring yourself back to clarity.

The most beneficial for me is starting my day with even 5 to 10 minutes of deep breathing to fill your body up with the oxygen it needs for mental clarity.

To enhance your dreams 10 to 15 minutes before bed will allow your body to have enough oxygen to filter through your body while you sleep so you won't wake up so foggy or stuffy in your mind.

I thank you for taking this time for yourselves to join me in this breath work.

Remember,

There are many ways to breathe,

Many different effects from breathing.

And what we went through was just deep relaxation breath work,

The cleansing and clearing of our entire body to fill ourselves with fresh air.

Thank you for joining us at Healing Vibrations.

We look forward to working with you again.
