Good morning and welcome to this new day.
Before we move with intention into the day ahead,
First let's take a moment to release any remnants of yesterday or the night before.
Perhaps you had difficulty sleeping,
Maybe it was fragmented or full of wild and exhausting dreams,
However it was,
It's done.
So let's let it go.
Take a nice and slow deep breath in through the nose with me and release,
Let go out through the mouth.

Inhale and as you let go,
Release everything.

Bring your awareness to your body as it begins to awaken,
As it begins to stir.
Together we are going to take in 10 full deep breaths and intentionally call in and invite how we wish to feel.
Your breath is clearing.
Your breath is creation.
Your breath is life.
Inhaling in through the nose and exhaling out through the mouth.

Now hold your breath at the bottom of the exhale for a moment.
Pause and feel that life force energy move through your body.
You are alive,
You are powerful and you are capable of much more than you can even comprehend.
Breathe in and breathe out.
You are a creator and you get to choose and choose again.
Each breath is an invitation to connect to your inner power and potential and release anything that isn't serving you anymore.
Challenge and change are inevitable in life and some days will be heavier and harder than others but you are still growing.
You are still healing and you are still moving forward even in times of stillness.
Place one hand on your heart.
Today I choose to remember my gifts and my greatness.
I choose to share that with the people and world around me.
Remembering I am valued.
I am loved.
I am needed.
No one benefits from me staying small and silent.
It is safe for me to be seen.
It is safe for me to take up space.
I am and always will be enough exactly as I am.
