Welcome to this guided practice to cleanse and protect your energy.
Taking a moment to arrive here into the space that you are in.
Closing down the eyes and just dropping into your body.
We will begin by taking 10 deep full cleansing breaths in through the nose,
Out through the mouth and holding at the bottom of the exhale for 10 seconds and we'll repeat this a few times before we move into a guided visualization.
So taking a nice deep breath in and sighing out.
Let's begin our first 10 breaths together.
That's one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
That's five,
Six,
Seven,
Eight,
Nine.
Taking your last deep breath fully in letting go and holding for 10,

Go for that breath.
That's one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Breathing fully.
That's five,
Six,
Breathing in spaciousness.
That's seven,
Eight,
Nine.
Last breath fully in exhaling and holding for 10,

3,
2,
1.
Going for that breath.
That's one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
And five,
Six,
Seven,
Eight,
Nine.
Last breath fully in and exhaling all out and holding here.
Coming into this place of stillness.
When you are ready,
Taking a breath in and coming back to a natural breath.
Bringing your awareness to the earth beneath you.
Feeling your body connect with the ground beneath you.
Connecting to the earth beneath you.
Imagining rooting down like roots of a tree.
Feeling secure,
Feeling connected to the earth.
You might even visualize roots coming out from your sit bones or your feet.
And perhaps releasing anything that is not yours to carry down into the ground below.
Allowing anything to travel out the body through these roots and into the earth.
I am rooted.
I am grounded.
And visualizing now a white light coming down from the sky above.
Coming down through the crown of your head.
All the way down through the body.
Down into those roots,
Down into the earth.
Allowing that light to cleanse,
To clear,
To heal.
And as this light makes its way through your body,
Feeling it move out to the edges,
The edges of your body and into the space around you.
Bathed in light.
Allowing this healing light to clear,
Cleanse,
Remove,
Heal,
Repair the body,
Your field of energy around your body.
And allowing it to create a protective force field,
A safe bubble,
Where nothing can get in and nothing can get out without your permission.
Taking in the following words.
I am safe.
I am sovereign.
I am centered.
I am protected.
And I call all of my energy back to me.
Any energy that lies scattered elsewhere,
With other people,
With thoughts,
With circumstances.
I call it all back to me.
I stay grounded and centered within myself.
And I can hold space effectively for others for others without taking it in as my own.
And any time I feel overwhelmed,
I will connect with those roots.
Allowing anything to be released into the earth.
And I will connect with that energy of healing light surrounding me and supporting me and protecting me.
Bringing your awareness now back into your body.
Becoming aware of the space that you are in.
Drawing your awareness to any sounds that you can hear.
Mindfully coming back into this present moment.
And whenever you are ready,
Slowly opening the eyes.
