
7 Chakra Cleansing And Alignment Meditation (Deep Meditation)
When we have blocked energy in one or all of our Chakras, this can often lead to illness or dis-ease within the human body. It’s important to learn and understand what each Chakra’s function is and what they represent. That way we can understand what we can do to keep this vital energy flowing freely and in balance for a more fulfilling life. Hope this meditation helps to calm your thoughts, align / balance Chakras.

Make yourself comfortable.
Take a deep long breath from your nose.
Then exhale slowly through your nose.
Just do the same for a few more times.
Take a deep long breath.
Hold your breath.
Exhale slowly through your nose.
Take a deep long breath.
Hold for few seconds.
Slowly exhale through your nose.
Repeat couple of times.
Repeat couple of times.
As you are settling,
Do a quick check on your thoughts.
Mind status 1 to 10.
10 being disturbed.
0 or 1 being really peaceful.
If you are below 5,
Just take a deep long breath.
Exhale through your mouth.
Let go all air.
Take a deep breath.
Do that couple of times.
Let go everything from morning.
Let it happen.
Any thought comes,
Just let it be like a passing cloud.
Don't get attached to any of those thoughts.
Just be an observer of your own thoughts.
By observing your own breath.
Pay attention to the tip of your nose.
Where air comes in,
Air goes out.
Just monitor.
Inhale,
Exhale.
As you observe your breath,
Slowly you see your thoughts are reducing.
Might take few more minutes.
Inhale,
Exhale.
Inhale,
Exhale.
Inhale,
Exhale.
Might take few more minutes.
If your mind wanders away from monitoring breath,
Gently bring it back.
All you are doing is a conscious breathing.
All you are doing is a conscious breathing.
Every breath you take,
Subtly command your subconscious mind to relax.
Let go all worries.
Let go all the planning.
Let go all things what happened before.
Let go everything future planning.
Let's be present in the present moment right now.
By breathing in,
Breathe out,
Breathe in,
Breathe out.
As you breathe in,
Visualize a white light coming from the sky on top of your head.
Penetrating through you into the Mother Earth.
Expand this white light to become like a balloon.
Imagine yourself inside the balloon where you are protected.
And you dictate only love and compassion comes through this balloon.
Any negativity dotted at you.
This white light absorbs that and grounds into the Mother Earth.
Let's bless and release all that doesn't belong to us.
Let it release through the white light into the Mother Earth.
All that doesn't serve us.
Let it go through this white light into the Mother Earth.
You are safe and secured,
Loved and compassionate within this balloon.
Just do a body scan to see any part of the body holding the stress or tension.
If so,
Breathe into that part of the body.
As you breathe in into that part of the body,
You see the stress and tension is releasing.
Let go of everything.
As you do the body scan,
Instruct each part of your body to relax.
Drop your shoulders.
Drop your jaw.
Drop your jaw.
These are two places where you hold the stress and tension.
Just be an observer of your own breath.
As the air comes in,
Air goes out.
As your mind becomes quieter and quieter,
Observe the temperature of air coming into your body.
Observe the temperature leaving your body by paying attention to the nostrils,
Tip of your nose.
Let the white light from top of your head start cleansing and optimizing all seven chakras within your body.
Light cleanse the root chakra where you are sitting,
The root of your body.
Visualize a red color.
Visualize a wheel spinning in your pelvic area.
Let the red light cleanse optimize your base chakra.
Just put an intention.
Let the white light do the magic.
Just concentrate on your breathing while the activity happens and optimizes.
Don't try to change or alter your breathing.
Just let the natural flow flow into your body.
Bring your attention just where the belly is,
Lower belly.
Visualize a yellow color.
Let the navel chakra be cleansed and optimized which helps us to balance our emotional issues.
Just bring your attention,
Stop at the navel area,
Below your lungs,
Which is solar plexus area.
Visualize an amber color.
Optimizing this chakra helps us with self-worth,
Self-confidence,
Self-esteem.
Bring your attention to heart area,
Heart chakra.
Visualize a green or pink color.
This is where your seat of soul resides.
By cleansing this chakra,
Your emotional balances about love,
Joy and inner peace expands.
Let the heart chakra cleanse.
As we absorb so much love,
We are ready to give it to the individuals and to this world back.
Let's send unconditional love to everyone whom you know.
Whether they are physically with us or not with us,
Any animals,
Pets,
Any situations.
Let's send unconditional love and peace to everyone.
Let's bring our attention to the throat.
Visualize a blue color which cleanses and optimizes our throat chakra.
It helps us in communication,
Self-expression of our feelings.
Most of the times we hold back a lot of stuff without communicating.
As we don't want to hurt others feelings,
All those stuck in our throat.
Let the blue white light with the blue optimizing cleanse all the throat area.
Let's bring our attention to third eye area,
Your forehead in between two eyes,
Just about the center of two eyebrows on your forehead.
By cleansing this chakra,
We enable ourselves to trust our intuition,
Develop good imagination,
Wisdom,
Ability to think and make decisions for greater good.
Visualize a purple light which cleanses your third eye.
You might see the light,
You might see the color,
You might see some images.
Maybe you feel tingling or heaviness on your forehead.
It's all normal.
Let our third eye cleansed so that we can start trusting ourselves,
Our intuition,
Our gut feel.
Let's bring our attention to top of our head,
The crown chakra.
Visualize a white light or a gold light,
Color which connects to the heavens,
The source.
Let our connection to divine be so powerful,
So pure where we will be guided on day to day every step,
What to do,
How to do for our inner peace.
To live a blissful life.
Cleansing all these chakras,
Removing all the blocks,
We allow natural flow of energy from the top of our head to the mother earth.
We seek grounding on any situations,
Whether it could be high or low,
Let's ground ourselves.
Let's stay our energies,
Equanimous,
That way we don't get impacted with either high or low energies.
As the chakra cleansing clears lot of blocks,
Try to keep yourself hydrated for rest of the day.
Try to observe your thoughts,
Observe your energies,
Stay grounded.
With this awareness,
Bring yourself back to your physical body.
Stay still,
Eyes closed,
Rate yourself how you feel,
1 to 10,
Compare the rating from before we started meditation till now.
If you feel you are lighter and you feel loud,
If you feel you are grounded,
Send this low and healing energy to family members,
Pets.
Extend this to extended family members,
Friends,
Pets,
Whoever required this time,
Let's send them.
Let's send to our workplace colleagues,
Their families.
Let's send this low and healing and peace energy to the people whom we don't like.
Let's not hold any anger towards anybody.
Once you send all this energy,
Bring the energies back to yourself,
Provide the same low and peace to your own soul.
Let's be gentle on ourselves with the harsh situations we go through in a day.
Let's send some love and compassion to ourselves.
Bring all the energies back to your physical body.
Feel the place where you are sitting,
Wiggle your toes and fingers,
Rub your hands,
Place them on your eyes.
