Hello and welcome to this very short gentle meditation and welcoming you on this journey ahead into relaxing and releasing any stuck energy that may be serving you and your higher self.

Taking these next few minutes to just really sink in to relax,

To breathe and let go of any energy that isn't serving you in this moment.

Perhaps you can notice your breath drop a little bit further down into the base of your stomach.

Perhaps you can drop away the tension and the muscles in your shoulders and your neck and your back and closing down through your eyes when you feel safe and ready.

And as you continue to breathe deeply noticing the sensations and the feeling and the tingliness in your hands.

Notice each fingertip buzzing and radiating with energy.

Perhaps putting a color to this energy.

Maybe noticing some white or gold or pink light radiating from your hands.

Releasing warm and tingly feelings.

As you breathe even deeper perhaps putting both of your hands on your stomach,

Your lower stomach and noticing that warmth,

Coolness on the bottom of your stomach.

Perhaps feeling your hands raise up high as you breathe in and drop all the way down as you exhale and let go.

Feeling the sheets,

The clothes,

The sun or the wind on your skin dropping away at your shoulders.

Almost feel a sense of calmness.

Be able to radiate over and around your whole entire body.

Perhaps saying to yourself I am safe,

I am calm.

I am able to face the day ahead.

I can breathe deep and I let go of any fear or worry holding me back.

Perhaps taking your hands off your stomach back down to the sides of your body.

Pre-noticing the tingling and the warmth in your hands.

Taking one more minute to relax the muscles in your shoulders once again.

The muscles in your face soften even further.

Perhaps feeling the room that you're in,

The clothes that you're wearing and bring yourself back to the present moment.

Hoping that this moment in time helped you to soften.

Give yourself safety and warmth feelings as you move forward in this day.

Thank you.

Namaste.
