Hello and welcome back.

I am excited to be presenting this beautiful meditation to you today.

I'm excited to allow this space to help you heal on your journey that you're embarking on at whatever stage of life that you're at.

I'm excited and grateful that you're taking this time to connect into yourself and allow yourself to have deep connection,

Mindfulness practice.

So wherever you might be,

Whether you're laying comfortably in your bed or on a couch or wherever you are,

Allowing yourself to just become comfortable in whatever position you find yourself in.

Allowing yourself to sense safety as you gently close down through the eyes.

Allowing yourself with no judgment or no change to just notice the breath.

Notice the breath as it comes in.

And as it comes out,

Notice and feeling your body as it rises and falls with each beautiful breath.

Just simply observing without judgment and just noticing how amazing our body is.

Without any command or any worry,

Our body naturally and gracefully works all day and all night pumping through blood,

Allowing the heart to beat,

Allowing the breath to rise and fall and our mind so magical,

So strong,

So knowledgeable.

And just being grateful for this body that you are in.

Being grateful for every single cell that moves around in the body.

And if you get lost on the way with distraction of the mind or noises,

Just simply come back to the breath or the sound of my voice as you allow a deep healing to come through the whole body.

And starting now to just gently change the breath and pulling a nice inhale in at your own time to the base of your stomach.

And really holding that breath in.

Big inhale,

Holding at the top.

And when you're ready,

Audible exhale out through the mouth,

Sighing and letting go.

And then inhale once again,

Nice deep breath all the way in,

Holding at the top when you're ready.

And at your own time,

Audible exhale,

Sighing,

Releasing and letting go all the way out.

One more time.

Inhale nice and deep,

Pulling this beautiful breath all the way in,

Holding at the top.

And then exhaling,

Sighing out the day.

And just returning back to the natural rhythm of your breath.

And just gently relaxing the tension in the shoulders and the upper back.

Tension in the neck and around the whole face.

Lower back and stomach and heart center.

Just relaxing.

Legs relaxing,

Hands and feet,

Whole body completely relaxed.

As you bring that attention up to the mind and in your mind's eye,

Can you imagine a beautiful ocean or river or lake,

Some sort of water element.

And bringing that water element closer to your mind's eye,

Almost as though you can smell the fresh air.

You can hear the water as it just gently crashes on the shore.

You can feel the sun radiating down onto your body,

Warming the body.

And allowing yourself now to step into that water,

Allowing your whole body to just be full up with mother's water.

Surrounding your whole body.

You might want to swim around and play or just simply float.

And as you allow the water to rush through and around your whole body,

Coming into a resting spot somewhere on the water,

It might look like floating.

Anchoring down so you're supported and held by mother earth as well as surrounding your whole body.

And just noticing and sensing a deep floating softness of energy holding and supporting you as you soften even more into a floating sensation.

Allow each thought that comes to just soften into the ocean or the water.

Now is your time to just float and be free.

Expand.

And as you're floating softly,

So gracefully,

I want you to start to bring in some positive thoughts.

Some gratitude,

Some self-love to fill up the whole entire body almost as though the ocean or the water element is full of positive affirmations,

Surrounding and coming in to the centre and filling up the whole body.

And your mind or out loud.

I am love.

I love with ease.

I love with grace.

I love all beings,

Animals,

Humans,

Friends.

I love the earth.

I love myself.

I am lovable.

I see love all around me.

Love radiates so easy with every breath I take.

I am beautiful.

I am strong and I am brave.

Keep breathing that in.

I am healthy.

I am free.

I am able to manifest the things that I desire.

Thank you.

And in this moment of time,

Think about your own affirmations that you wish to bring forward.

Think about something that you desire in terms of self-love,

Self-protection.

I am willing.

I am able.

Keep breathing in each affirmation that you feel is right for you.

As you allow each affirmation to sink in just that little bit deeper.

Allow yourself to just keep opening and keep expanding.

Allowing these affirmations to just settle in nice and deep into the core of your body.

And as you finish off on your last affirmation,

Or the moment of stillness you just had,

Bringing your attention back to the ocean or the water element that you bathe in.

Noticing that softness.

Noticing the floating feeling of lightness and freedom within.

Allowing yourself to un-anchor from the bottom of the earth.

Swimming around or slowly coming over to the shore.

And as you make your way out of the water bath,

Stepping back into your physical body.

Bringing with you strength and awareness of the self.

Bringing through any affirmations that really hold strong values to you.

Each of us are different in our own values.

So whatever is right for you,

Bring that in into the physical world.

So that this allows you to keep radiating,

Keep manifesting and keep giving those beautiful,

Powerful affirmations to the forefront of your mind.

Allowing yourself now to just gently and gracefully come back into the physical.

Starting to feel the body.

Or maybe the bed and the couch that's supporting you.

Bringing your attention back to the breath.

Noticing how your body has just naturally been breathing.

Once more giving yourself some gratitude and some appreciation that you are so strong,

So powerful and so,

So beautiful.

You naturally do things,

Breathe,

Sometimes even walk without even consciously being aware.

Our bodies are so beautiful.

As you slowly come back into the space that you're in,

Opening your eyes at your own time.

Starting to just see the light that is on,

Whether that's the sun or whether that's the light in the room.

Just noticing,

Allowing and breathing as you step back into the world.

I hope that this meditation was able to help you with some affirmations and some gratitude for our bodies.

Remembering it's so important to give yourself that time and that space to come into the body.

To appreciate the body.

And also to give yourself positive,

Uplifting affirmations that can help us with our day or our week ahead.
