Welcome to this pillar of light guided meditation.
This will open you up as a channel,
As a bridge between heaven and earth.
You will anchor yourselves light here in this human lifetime and receive higher frequency energies and wisdom and anchor them onto the earth.
This will also assist you with clearing and cleansing your field and standing in your sovereign divinity and in your own essence as you alchemize all other energies into a higher state and radiate a strong energetic field.
To begin close down your eyes and take some deep conscious breaths.
Bring your awareness within.
Anchor your awareness into your heart space.
Notice the subtle energies of your heart.
Feel the expansion in this space.
Before you open up your channel,
State this declaration either out loud or in your mind with pure intent.
I open to receive energies,
Information and connection to that of the highest frequency of love and light for the highest good of all.
You now feel an opening at the top of your head.
You may feel a tingling or pressure as your crown chakra opens up.
Visualize your crown chakra as a vortex ready to receive and assimilate energy that is coming from Source,
The Universe,
The Divine.
Visualize a golden stream of light streaming to you now through your crown chakra at the top of your head.
Going down through your energy body,
Chakras and physical body.
Penetrating your whole field.
This golden light keeps going down into the earth beneath you.
This light surrounds all of you.
Notice how wide this pillar of light is for you.
And notice it expand out even further as you intend it to grow and expand.
The stream of golden light from the cosmos contains high frequency energies,
Information and light codes for you and for the planet.
You do not need to understand it all right now,
Just be open to receive.
Knowing when it is divine time,
This wisdom will be activated and revealed to you.
This stream of energy,
Light and information coming to you is for your highest good.
Notice how any denser energies and lower vibrations instantly alchemize and are transmuted.
Tune into your own energy,
Your own essence,
Your divinity.
Notice how your emotions feel balanced or feel more high vibrational.
Notice how your mental state feels more peaceful and clear.
You may feel your life force energy rushing through your physical body.
You may feel more like you,
More like your true self in this moment.
Tune into this.
Feel the pure and clear channel that you are between heaven and earth.
Feeling uplifted and connected to all but also grounded here on earth as a human.
When you feel as though your field feels clear,
Cleansed and strong and that you have received what you need to in this moment.
Allow the intensity of this golden pillar of light that is streaming to you,
Through you and around you.
Let it lessen its intensity.
You consciously choose now to remain open and receptive to your selves guidance and to receive healing and loving energies from the higher realms as you go through your day.
At any time you can also choose to close this,
It is your choice.
Know that when you get up after this meditation you still have this strong field of light around you,
Keeping you anchored in your own energy and it protects you from anything of a lower vibrational nature.
Walk forth staying in your heart and being a channel for light and love there on the earth for the highest good of all.
