Welcome to this guided meditation to bring clarity to and manifest your perfect relationship.
Before we begin I invite you to have a pen and paper handy so you can write down any thoughts and insights as you go through this practice.
This will really support you in externalizing your deep desires and also bring clarity to the new relationships that you are calling into your life.
I invite you to get into a comfortable position and close your eyes and breathe slowly and deeply in a natural and easeful pace.
Bring in your conscious awareness within into this moment and into your heart.
Feeling into your body and feeling your body and heart soften with each breath.
Feeling relaxed and more connected to yourself.
No matter the relationships you have had in the past they do not have to define what you will experience in the future.
Take what you have learnt from past experiences,
Perhaps belief systems,
Behaviours or needs were brought up to your awareness that you want to transform or maybe you have more clarity on what you do want in a relationship from such a contrasting past experience.
Nevertheless this is time to put energy towards the perfect relationships that you do want to manifest and attract into your life now.
Let go of the past and get excited for the new.
You may be seeking a romantic lifelong partnership or maybe a best friend to travel or do hobbies with or maybe you desire to meet the perfect business partner or finally have a big group of friends that you can always count on and socialise with on the weekends.
Feeling accepted and like you belong.
You may have had multiple different relationships you want to manifest into your life but with this meditation session I encourage you to just focus on one.
This is your time to conjure up the most ideal relationship that you would love to have in your life.
I will go through a few different questions for contemplation so get your pen and paper ready and note down anything that comes to you in whatever way you wish.
I will take some short pauses in between but also feel free to pause this track when needed.
So firstly take a moment to bring to mind and write down the type of relationship that you are wanting to manifest.
Is it a romantic relationship,
Friendship or other type of connection?
Bring clarity to this now by writing it down.
Now think about how you want this relationship to feel.
For example,
Easy going,
Fun,
Deep and meaningful,
Exciting,
Adventurous,
Motivating,
Trustworthy,
Reliable,
Peaceful,
Helpful.
Take a couple of minutes here to tune into the kind of energy and feeling you would like within this desired relationship.
And remember to listen to your heart as well as the mind to receive these answers.
Did you have a certain gender,
Age,
Career,
Religion or any specifics that you were set on about this person?
Or are you more open and flexible with these aspects?
Feel free to add in anything else you want to add here too.
Now,
What kind of experiences would you like to have with them?
For example,
Do you want someone that you can do fun things with on the weekend?
Do you want them to live close by or you're open to a long distance relationship?
Do you want to spend time with them every week or just once a month or so?
Maybe you are a parent and want to have play dates with another parent or maybe you want to be dining out and having romantic and exciting,
Adventurous experiences with someone who is your future partner.
What kind of experiences and interactions would you like to have with them?
Take a few minutes here.
Now,
What needs do you want to be met by this person?
Understanding that is not up to someone else to meet all your needs,
But for example,
Maybe you want a friend who is great at listening and is compassionate and you are okay with them not being someone who may want to travel the world with you or join in on playing sports on the weekend or be a huge motivator.
What traits or qualities will this person have that will support your needs?
How will they meet your needs in this relationship?
Now I want you to turn that question back on yourself.
Think about how you may be able to meet another's needs.
If you are in a relationship and connection with another,
What can you offer them?
What are you willing to support them through?
Because remember,
In any relationship there will be a give and take,
An exchange in energy and ways you support,
Contribute and enhance each other's lives.
What traits,
Energy or qualities do you offer as a friend or partner?
Take some time now to think about this and again jot these down.
Now this question is more focused on you.
What are your boundaries?
What loving boundaries do you need to keep in place in order to remain centred,
Loving and connected to yourself and your goals and your dreams whilst in this relationship?
And what are you not willing to tolerate in a relationship?
For example,
These could be certain behaviours and actions.
So take a minute here to write these down.
Beautiful.
Well done for really taking the time and space to contemplate this and open up to what a genuine connection and relationship with another would feel and be like to you.
Allowing yourself to really consider these things are really important and can stop you from people pleasing or losing yourself in a relationship.
I now invite you to spend some time visualising this relationship.
See this relationship between you and the other person through your mind's eye,
Through your imagination.
Feel the energy of it.
Take what you have written down about this relationship and see it and feel it,
Playing out just like a movie.
Really allow yourself to dream and enjoy this beautiful connection with your consciousness and prepare your whole being for the physical manifestation of it.
I'll give you about 10 minutes here to enjoy this beautiful interaction.
