Back to a guided meditation and channeled experience from my heart to yours.
Today's journey,
Today's deep dive into your heart sets the intention of helping you to drop collective fear.
And as you get comfortable,
As you start to feel and receive my presence,
My heart,
My energy behind these words,
Let us begin with understanding that you are not imagining the intensity of the world right now.
There is a lot moving through the collective field,
Through collective consciousness,
Wars,
Conflict,
Increased surveillance,
Pressure,
Noise,
Urgency,
Fear.
This meditation today is not about ignoring what is happening.
It's not about bypassing what is going on and it's not pretending that everything is fine.
Today's journey and the consciousness and the intention of this place that I want you to hold in your heart is about learning how to stay awake without being overwhelmed.
How to stay informed without being consumed.
How to remain compassionate without carrying what is not yours to hold.
So as you continue to soften and open and feel my words,
Feel my heart,
Know that you're in the right place.
And as you get more comfortable,
As your breathing starts to get more deep,
Letting your eyes gently close,
Take a slow,
Deep breath with me in through your nose and releasing,
Letting go of your day.
Going again,
Breathing in through your nose into your belly and breathing out,
Letting go of your day.
Bringing your beautiful awareness into your body,
Feeling your body itself,
Your beautiful vessel touching the ground,
The chair,
The bed,
Letting gravity do its work as you nestle,
As you fall back into this physical vehicle that's taking you through this collective experience,
That's taking you through this time,
This era,
This epoch that we're all a part of.
Allowing this body to release its gripping,
Softening as you continue to breathe out.
Noticing how naturally your breath moves through you,
Noticing the sounds either in your environment in the background or in my environment in the background.
Using this sensual connection of what you hear to drop deeper into the body,
To drop deeper into this moment,
This breath that is yours.
Now,
With courage,
With an open,
Brave heart,
Let us bring awareness to the space around your body,
Your energetic field.
This field is so good at holding on to emotional tension,
Nervous system tension,
Intuitive tension.
Within this field,
There may be fear that did not originate from you.
From absorbed headlines,
Conversation,
Social media,
Collective anxiety of the future.
All of these aspects,
You may notice as heaviness,
As shadow,
As tension,
Buzzing,
Gripping,
Pushing against your peace,
Maybe a sense of urgency or dread.
I am here to remind you,
Beautiful heart,
You don't need to analyze it,
You do not need to judge it.
Simply acknowledge and repeat after me,
This is not mine,
This is not mine.
And just notice as you start to bring your power back,
As you start to bring your awareness back and draw a line between the outside and the inside,
Letting it land in your body.
Breathing in and breathing out,
Letting go,
Continue to anchor into this moment through your senses,
Anchor into the deep peace and calmness in your internal field as I channel and share some more truth for your heart.
You powerful soul,
Powerful being can remain aware of the world,
Can remain aware of shifts going on without carrying the emotional weight of it in your body.
Awareness does not require self-abandonment,
Care and compassion does not require self-sacrifice.
So notice here in this moment how collective fear often pulls your attention outward,
Out into imagined futures,
Out into worst case scenarios,
Out into a constant state of vigilance.
And as you observe,
As you see this line of awareness,
Gently,
Softly,
Compassionately bring it back home.
Bring it back into your chest as you place your hand on your heart and rub your heart.
Bring it back into your breath as you breathe in groundedness and breathe out tension.
You are here.
You are grounded.
You are safe.
Now let's dive a bit deeper into a specific story,
A specific collective fear that you are replaying,
That you are continuing to loop in your mind and once again just observe this mist,
This collective energy in your field from a place of not blaming it,
Not wronging it and with each inhale and exhale,
Softly allow this fear,
This story,
This mist to move down your body,
Move down your body into your legs,
Into the earth and I want you to see with your soft gentle breath,
I want you to see these collective stories,
This specific collective story moving down your body into the earth,
Seeing it be received,
Seeing it be recycled,
Understanding that letting this story go,
Letting this fear go,
Doesn't mean you don't care,
Doesn't mean you don't have kindness,
Doesn't mean you do not love the world.
Now what it does mean is you have clarity,
What it does mean is you are choosing presence with a panic,
Continuing to move this energy,
Move this collective denseness into the earth,
Into the openness,
The heart of earth itself,
Breathing in and breathing out.
Now in this space of clarity,
In this space of groundedness,
In this space of you knowing what you are,
I invite you to bring more awareness to this feeling,
To this current expansion expansion and from this place tune into a response,
An action,
Something that you are choosing to do today,
Not just for yourself from this place of self-agency but for the collective.
What is something that you can do to not just act from your internal fullness but to share this fullness with the collective,
A choice that comes from grounded awareness not collective panic.
A choice that comes from presence of fear and from your inner world of vastness.
Feel into this action,
Feel into this choice and whatever bubbles up,
I want you to hold it in your heart as an intention outside of this meditation today.
Taking a big deep breath in through the nose and breathing out peace.
Taking in a few more moments here of connection,
Intimacy with yourself,
Softness with yourself and I'll end by sharing that you came here to be the light,
You came here to be the grounded light that shares its love with the collective and that grounded light and the love that it shares can never come from fear,
Can never come from separation,
Can never come from fight or flight.
So the best way that you can support the collective,
The best way that you can move through the density that the outside world so easily falls into is by doing your best to reconnect,
To come home to the fullness of your light and then with openness,
With care and with devotion,
Sharing your unique fullness with the collective in a way that excites you the most,
In a way that fills you full of passion and purpose the most.
So let's take one final deep breath breathing in this truth and letting go any resistance to it.
And when you're ready,
When the moment feels right,
When your body feels ready to step back out into the collective,
You can open your eyes,
Return to the external world with a deeper sense of what you have always been.
