As a beginner,
You might feel uncertain or even a little hesitant,
But remember,
Every journey begins with a single step.
Today,
You are taking that step towards a more peaceful,
Centered version of yourself.
Let's begin by finding a comfortable place to sit or lie down.
Make sure your environment is calm and quiet.
Adjust your position until you feel relaxed.
Close your eyes gently and take a deep breath in.
Feel the air filling your lungs.
And as you exhale,
Release any tension you may be holding in your body.
With each breath,
Imagine yourself sinking deeper into a state of relaxation.
Feel the weight of your body becoming lighter as if you were floating on a cloud.
The world around you begins to fade away,
Leaving only a sense of tranquility.
Now,
Turn your attention to your breath.
Notice the natural rhythm of your breathing.
Feel the air as it enters through your nostrils,
Fills your lungs,
And flows out again.
There is nothing for you to do but breathe.
Let your breath be your anchor,
Holding you in this moment of peace.
As thoughts come into your mind,
Acknowledge them,
But do not dwell on them.
Imagine them as leaves floating down a gentle stream,
Moving away from you.
Return your focus to your breath,
Feeling more relaxed with each exhale.
Visualize a warm,
Golden light above your head.
With each breath,
This light begins to descend,
Softly touching the top of your head.
Feel its warmth as it spreads over your forehead,
Relaxing any tension in your brow.
Allow this light to move down,
Soothing your eyes,
Relaxing your cheeks,
And unclenching your jaw.
This warm,
Comforting light continues to travel down your body.
Feel it across your shoulders,
Releasing any tightness.
It flows down your arms,
Into your hands,
All the way to the tips of your fingers.
Let this sensation of relaxation move down your spine,
To your lower back,
Releasing any discomfort.
The light travels further down,
Easing any tension in your legs,
All the way down to your feet.
Feel how your entire body is now enveloped in this warm,
Golden glow.
You are completely relaxed,
Floating in this serene space.
In this state of deep relaxation,
Your mind is open,
Receptive,
And calm.
You are in a perfect state to receive affirmations.
But for now,
Just bask in this feeling of total peace.
There's nothing to do,
Nowhere to be,
Just this moment of complete relaxation.
In a few moments,
We will begin to transition out of this meditation.
But remember,
The sense of calm and peace you found here is always accessible to you.
You can return to this state whenever you feel the need to.
Gently start to bring your awareness back to the room.
Begin to wiggle your fingers and toes,
Slowly bringing movement back to your body.
When you feel ready,
Open your eyes,
Returning to the world around you,
Carrying with you the sense of calm and relaxation.
As we close this meditation,
Know that you are stepping forward into a space of positivity and affirmation.
